Unfortunately I was disappointed due to the fact they charged 15.00 more to pick us up on broadway market & 4th. I explained that my wife had leg issues and that didn't matter. The ride was wonderful and the driver was friendly. It was nice viewing downtown and seeing the new business that are new.

We reserved a carriage ride to my daughters prom. The ride ended up being magical for her, but there were a few bumps in the process. We had a hard time getting a person on the phone to make our reservation. I spent several days calling before i finally got someone to answer the phone during their posted buisness hours. I did finally get through to a lady who didnt seem to care about us making a reservation in advance. We paid two months in advance and were forced to pay a tip in advance for the driver no less than $20. We explained that we would like to tip the driver in person, but she would not even take our reservation without the forced tip on a service we had not received yet. This almost changed our minds. We really wanted our daughter to have a cinderella prom experience though so we relented and booked the ride. The ride was magical for our special night and we did tip our driver a little more. However, if they hadnt been so rude on the phone about the tip in advance we would have been more generous. $35 would have probably been $50. The driver was a saving grace for this buisness for us.

HORRIBLE. I've been attempting to call and make wedding reservations for days! Both numbers are NEVER ANSWERED! They don't even have times on business on any of the website pages. Absolutely terrible.

Zero stars! This company was hired almost a year ago to do the Cinderella carriage for my daughter's wedding. They just cancelled 12 days before the wedding, there isn't another carriage company in our area with a Cinderella carriage. They cancelled the contract because the Thunder over Louisville was more important to her than my daughter's wedding. Dream crushers!

Very disappointed, I had a reservation today for my husbands birthday surprise and only when I texted the carriage driver to confirm we are still set at the correct time that I get a call from the company to cancel. The time of arrival was 8:30 pm and they called me to cancel due to weather at 5:00 pm. The weather is not noteworthy at all- it's sprinkling outside off and on. I have saw them operate in worse weather. It's poor business to cancel last minute and I will not recommend them or repeat this service.

We got a ride from the Yum Center down back to our hotel. My husband was hesitant to take the ride but I talked him into it. It was getting darker but in front of our hotel the draft horses poor condition was obvious. His tack was all rusted and we could tell he was in pain in his rear legs/feet during our 20 min ride. My husband noted the horse kept lifting up his rear right leg and whyinning a lot while the woman was waiting for people to solicit a ride. Also as we rode..cars were flying by us fast and sadly spooking the horse. Also..drunk people kept trying to pet him & the lady was letting people tease him. I was so nervous if the horse were to bolt. The saddest thing was to see how much he struggled to pull the carriage after she made him move forward again from a stop. His head dropped so low and u can tell he used every muscle as he made this noise. It was sad. He also was foaming from his mouth my husband said because of thirst. After going home & doing some research, we will NEVER EVER ride a horse "street worker". New York is banning horse drawn carriage rides and other cities have. These horses pound the pavement in all weather conditions with debilitating joints & wounds with no or minimal breaks & are deprived of access to pasture. They are slaves and they are worked till their death. Many collapse in the street! My husband was right. Please protect these horses by not taking their rides. The lady who drove us was nice but is blinded to her own horses pain.

enjoyed our 30 min horse drawn tour of downtown Louisville. we were on a trip from chicago to Garden City Beach, SC and stopped in Louisville for the night. Lots to do downtown and called from the number on their website. She came and picked us up where we were and it was a very reasonable price. very nice woman and comfortable and lovely ride.
