Louisville Cream

Fantastic. Ice cream. I am celiac and love a good place like this. The salted caramel was great. I didn't get the snore's sundae because I am celiac but wow!!!! You should have seen them build that thing. I have never seen such a creation. Anyway - come prepared to stand in a line 15 min. We were kind of top of each other inside because it was too cold to stand outside.

I dream of ice cream, and this place is what dreams are made of. Why wouldn't you add strawberry to your cookies and cream flavor? Why not top a sundae with an entire cone? The homemade whipped cream is perfectly balanced--vanilla with just the right hint of sweetness. And the smokiness added to the marshmallow isn't just a visual cue for your mouth to water; it adds depth and balance to the sweetness.The space is clean and fun, with displays of other sweet treats that make the whole experience feel like a treat within itself. The staff was slinging scoops like we were in an ice cream showdown, but they were still super friendly and helpful in narrowing down the perfect choices. Everyone I was with tried each other's picks, and the chocolate ice cream was so decadently rich. My sundae, featuring Strawberry Cookies and Cream and creamy French Vanilla, was wildly good. After a few rounds of sharing, I had to swat hands away--this is MY sundae. Everyone was grinning from ear to ear as we devoured some of the best ice cream I've ever enjoyed.

This is a must try in Nu Lou! The ice cream is superb and the rest of their desserts looked amazing! This cream tastes fresh and delicious. The flavor is a little more adult, meaning it won't punch you in the face with overwhelming flavor. The waffle cone was probably the best texture I've had. Highly recommend. The selection is always changing outside of a few core flavors, so you aren't going to get bored. It's reasonably priced, especially for how large the scoops are. Our party had both adults and kids and everyone loved it!

Louisville Cream is boogie ice cream and I'm here for it! I've been a fan of Louisville Cream since they opened. I love that they have vegan and dairy free ice creams. I've seen it busy no matter the season but the wait is never long! They let you try samples before deciding. The staff is very friendly and helpful with knowing what ingredients the ice cream has. I did wished they had more vegan options but I know it's a small batch creamery.

The best ice cream I've had in a long time and it's right here in NuLu!! I had heard that this place was amazing but the reviews don't do it justice you have to experience it yourself. I went with the s'more sundae and it didn't disappoint. It had the right combination of marshmallows, graham cracker crumbles, ice cream, and a desert bar. It was sweet but not over the top and the portion wasn't as intimidating as I first thought it would be. The employees were friendly and the space was small but adequate. My wife and I were able to find some seats off to the side and they even have some outdoor seating right out front if the weather is cooperating.

As soon as you open the door, you're hit with the smell of warm, fresh waffle cones. Louisville cream is the best! Everything I've tried is delicious. If you can't decide on a flavor--get two! And also get the torched marshmallow! But really, if you can't decide or want to try something just ask for a sample to taste. Some ice cream flavors stay and others rotate. You can buy pints at the store and around town at local groceries. It's worth coming in for a hot fresh waffle cone tho. They have a case of cookies, cakes, brownies, bars, and ding dongs if you're not in the mood for ice cream. Grab an ice cream with and walk around Nulu and you'll surely make everyone jealous.

Knocking them down a star because when we went there for my bday dessert, I went all out and ordered the peanut butter fudge sundae, and it was made incorrectly. We got our desserts to go, so I really didn't wanna go through the trouble of walking all the way back there from the hotel. The sundae was 80% brownie and almost no peanut butter sauce or ice cream. I couldn't tell until I started digging in, because it was covered with the torched marshmallow. So based on that experience, I wouldn't order that again. My hubby ended up sharing his crème brûlée sundae with me. Definitely gonna stick to that! You can't go wrong with their crème brûlée ice cream!!!

I had the banana bread pudding sundae here and it was absolutely incredible. The banana flavor was spot on, and the bread pudding was perfectly moist and delicious. The ice cream was creamy, rich, and paired perfectly with the caramel, banana, vanilla wafers. And the roasted marshmallows on top. The portions were generous, and the service was friendly and quick. Definitely a must-try for dessert lovers in Louisville. Nice place to go for a walk as well. Highly recommend.

Our group stopped here on a Sunday afternoon as a part of our NuLu History and Food tour for a scoop (choice of cone or bowl) and I LOVE ice cream. I tried the cookies and cream and it was delicious. Very creamy and plenty of chunks to without a doubt know the flavor. Staff were filling orders very quickly for a line that never seemed to shrink. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Space for inside seating is a little tight, but there is sidewalk cafe seating available and also the option to stroll down Market Street to window shop while enjoying your treat. Lovely display case showcases so many fabulous treats and we were told they contain natural real-deal ingredients and not unpronounceable contents. I plan to return to try so many things, but first I need to begin my mini-marathon training for spring and this place will be part of my reward program. Will post updates as I sample treats!

This is the cutest lil' ice cream place! The line was out the door when we arrived, but it moved quickly! The staff were friendly & efficient, but the ice cream was amazing! They have unique flavors & fun toppings!
