Great relaxing atmosphere, old time restaurant. Delicious breakfast and amazing prices. I love this place. It's great to find a real restaurant instead of typical chains.

service was horrible. First time here. Menu actually brought me here. Wanted to see if a good recommendation for our 6-10 lunch group that meets weekly. The food taste was definitely a 5 star, sides could've been hot not warm. Chicken cooked to perfection. The service was the problem and it wasn't even busy

Very busy large parking lot was full but plenty of tables! Seated right away and order was taken with in ten minutes. I need to complete this review as I said I stopped here at 5:39 on Fridays 13 until like other reviews the service was spot on it! I ordered the special which was Salmon patties and 2 sides ! I chose the hot Cole slaw which was the BEST I have ever had even better than mom made! The other side was Mac and cheese which was excellent as was the Salmon! My daughter had the New York strip baked potato and a salad with homemade dressing she also enjoyed her meal ! The staff was very pleasant and efficient! It was a typical log cabin which was very clean and comfortable! We will definitely be going back! I want the liver and onion which is one by of my favorites !

Outstanding! Stopped for lunch and this place seemed to be out of the way in the sticks...I was wrong because when I pulled in the parking lot was packed, the restaurant was packed and I ended up sitting at the bar along with several other single serve patrons. I had the liver and onions which seems to be difficult to find. This was an outstanding offering. I would come here for this or several other items off the menu. It seems this place really knows how to put it out. Service was also exceptional with several servers checking in on me. Go out of your way and stop in for a meal.

Mushroom Swiss was todays special + a side. Yum! Bun soft, fries perfect. Service excellent! $10.50

Tried this place while on a date with hubby, and spent $50 for 2 meals, drinks, and an appetizer.Will not be back!!Although the cabin was very cool the atmosphere was a calm place and a lot of older folks, the food was horrible and very greasy but, our waitress was nice and helpful.Took us 30 minutes to get home and we both had food poisoning from the burgers. Waste of time and money.

Stake hoagie with pizza sauce was amazing and the service was amazing as well!! Ambience felt like I am in mountains in Gatlinburg! Great mountain smoking! The sever was fabulous and amazing

Great food, home cooked style meals. The log cabin ambience gives you the feel you're in Gatlinburg. Just be prepared for the staff, they give rushed, matter of fact, no nonsense.
