Yes, yes, yes. We were traveling. We were hungry. McDonald's had already made us mad at noon so we were searching for a fix. Limestone Grill was that fix. Let me just say this and make your decision for you. 1. Breaded catfish. 6 stars out of 5. Yes... it's that good. This fish gave its life for a cause. YOU. Respect the cause and eat the fish. I give it an A+. 2. Hillbilly Tacos. 5 stars. This is a pulled pork taco with deep fried cornbread as the shell. I mean, come on. That's not fair! Throw some amazing bbq sauce on it and few tacos can stack up. Then they add some Cole slaw on that. Game overSurrender to the Limestone. You knows you want to. Do it...

Came here for dinner with some friends, and tried the hillbilly tacos. I love tacos. These tacos were very different from anything I had ever had, and I wasn't as crazy about them. They are made with cornbread cakes as the tortilla and topped with pulled pork, coleslaw, barbecue sauce. I didn't even attempt to pick them up, I just ate them with a fork, and didn't eat much of the cornbread cakes but I did eat the pulled pork and the coleslaw and the cornbread that was below the pulled pork. They were good, but not my favorite. Probably wouldn't get them again.We got an order of mild chicken wings for the table, and they were hot and delicious! Both of my friends had the grilled chicken with rice, and they both seem very happy with their choice and it looked good.Lots of parking, and great service.

Nice place above the area so you have great views. Waiter was exceptional in every way. I let him decide my appetizer and as you can imagine it was excellent as was the main course had to season the beans with pepper and salt but overall a good experience.

We found another jewel as we travel thru Kentucky and Tennessee, the Limestone Grill. They have an extensive menu of home style favorites. We started with the cheesy cauliflower with chipotle ranch and it was delicious but a huge helping. We didn't do it justice. I decided on the chef salad and it didn't disappoint but again, huge portion. The hubby did the special which was catfish with peas (his favorite) and real mashed potatoes (I sampled and they were wonderfully buttery). We don't get south of Lexington often which is disappointing as there were several other items on the menu that I'd like to sample. I would be remiss not to give Rhonda a shout out. She took excellent care of us. I, highly, recommend a stop if you are in the area.

Got my first Kentucky Sweet Tea and our first Fried Green Tomatoes. Rhonda was absolutely the perfect example of Southern Hospitality. Food was fantastic and service was a 10/10. Highly recommend from these Oregon Coast people.

Passing thru . Haven't got the food yet but I'll will say the hospitality is great . The server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu . Just the smiles and welcoming I've felt makes me care less if the food is good or not here .

Great breakfast, good value and service, very friendly, and smoke free! Will visit again if we pass this way.

Party of twoVally Burger and Okra, both were not bad. Frog legs, fried green tomato's and cottage cheese. Frog legs were the worst I have had in my life of eating frog legs and I am 64 yrs old. Tough like old chicken but not dry, probably cooked while frozen. Bottom half of legs were just crispy breading, no meat left. Breading was awful and no seasoning, salt did not help. Fried green tomato's were cooked okay but again breading was awful. I pulled all the breading off and ate them plain. I do not know what brand of cottage cheese but it was really good. I have eaten here several times and have had the frog legs and fried green tomato's, both were really good. Something has changed and not for the better.

I have heard really good things about Limestone Grill. So, I decided to try it out. My family is always saying when you come back to town we go to Limestone. We stopped by on the way Somerset. We were seated promptly. The waitress was extremely helpful. We were seated at a slanted table. I think that table should be replaced. Along with a few others that were crooked. The restaurant could use a upgrade. We were told to not get a booth when we went Limestone. Because, the booths needed new cushion. I always prefer a booth. I ordered a breaded tenderloin with two sides. The tenderloin was excellent. The sides were good but they were small. My kids got a cheeseburger and fries. Their food was good I guess they didn't complain. But, it was served in what looked like a metal dog tray. This looked very unprofessional to me.
