Only giving this place one star because I have to. Otherwise it would be negative stars. They are contracted out to do some warranty work through Lowes. Was quoted a 2 1/2 week wait, which is fine. Have called several times and get a different answer depending on who answers the phone. One time it was even supposed to be delivered the next day. Headed into week 5 now and no mower in the middle of spring. This place sucks. I wouldn't tell my ex wife to there if that tells you anything. Avoid at all cost.

Normally I like to support local businesses, but....If they tell you how much time it will take for service to be completed , add at least 4 weeks to that estimate.They will not call you back no matter what. You will have to get into the habit of calling them everyday. I'm not sure they know how to dial out on their phones. I must have called them at least 25 times in the two months they had my mower. Every time they said they would call me back, not once did they actually call back.They are dishonest. Record every phone call you have with them or you will regret it. If you question any of the various falsehoods they tell you, they will hang up on you.When my mower was returned to me, the battery was dead and the mower had not been fixed.I have way too much wasted time and money tied into this place. Don't make the same mistake as me.

They have good equipment here like Toro. But you better hope to God, and I mean pray, that nothing goes wrong with it. Because it will take them 3 months to fix it. I took them my push mower back in June. Just now got it back today August 19. Be warned.

I dropped off a mower to have repaired. I called 3 weeks later and they have not even started working on it yet. For $70 an hour I would expect more prompt and better service.Update: Waited another week and they still had not even started to figure out the issue. On the good side the manager Jon did refund the non-refundable deposit.

Would never buy a lawnmower from Lexington Outdoor Power. After you purchase the mower they couldn't care less about you. They don't stand behind their products. It's very frustrating dealing with them and they never return your calls. Horrible business, we sold our mower and bought a new one at another dealership and are very pleased.

I dropped my one day old generator off to get a warranty claim on it. Its been a year and still not fixed. I went to talk to them when they took me to the shop to show me. It was in a million pieces and they had lost the screws to put it together. The plastic housing was scratched up bad. It looked like it was 20 years old. It was actually right out of the box. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS.

I would definitely give more stars if I could. They came highly recommended and I understand why. From the first time I contacted them they were quick to respond and super friendly and helpful.
