Lexington Jiu-Jitsu & Fitness

I travel a lot for work but this is by far the best gym I've gone to. Tons of killers but also great people that train there. Everyone is very welcoming and are all there to get better and encourage others to get better as well. The coaches there really implement a certain level of attitude as well as discipline for the gym and that's what separates this gym from all the other ones. If there were more stars I could give I would. If you trained before or just want to give it a try there's no other gym I'd say to check out but this one.

I recently visited Lexington Jiu-Jitsu & Fitness for a seminar they hosted featuring Emily Kwok. This facility is very clean and bright and the owners were very welcoming. The bathrooms are much fancier than most gyms I've seen although the men's is much larger than the women's which leads me to believe that their regular student population is more male heavy than the crowd at the seminar was which drew a lot of women. Not a negative just something to be aware of. They have a very nice large training floor and plenty of benches and hooks to leave personal belongings. Over all I enjoyed the seminar quite a lot and if I'm in the area again I would definitely consider stopping in for a regular class.

Lex jiu jitsu is an amazing place to come and learn/practice bjj. I can't recommend it enough! They really promote cleanliness on and off the mats which is super appreciated. If you're new to bjj, they have an awesome fundamentals class where you can come and learn the basics without any live rolling. The instructors are phenomenal and very knowledgeable. In all, an amazing facility and 5/5 stars!
