Lexington Family Chiropractic

First of all, I was a skeptic of chiropractic care- mostly because I didn't understand it and had never used it. However, I was at my wits end with the pain that conventional methods didn't touch. So, it was in desperation that I turned to Dr. Gallentine. I'm so glad that I did. I am a skeptic no more. While the condition I live with is not curable, the adjunct pain that comes from other issues has been greatly reduced. And for that I am forever grateful to Dr. Gallentine and his knowledgeable, courteous staff. Thank you, team... for doing what others had failed to do... bringing me some extra sleep at night by reducing my pain.

Dr. Gallentine and the whole team are friendly, effective and knowledgeable! The office is run very efficiently but you never are rushed. I've been to other chiropractors but never have felt better and so welcomed.

I give 5 stars across the board!! Since the pandemic, required mask wearing has made it difficult for me to read lips, as I am Deaf. Dr. Shan has been absolutely amazing with making sure I understand him throughout my treatment. The office staff has been nothing but accommodating! It makes me so happy to know that there are people out there that try to understand my situation, and aren't afraid to help accommodate. You all are amazing! Dr. Shan does amazing work, and my pain has decreased significantly since I've been going!

I'm on my second week and 5th visit now. Even though it's across town for me, the office is really nice and so are the staff. They are very flexible with my crazy schedule. They alwAys have fresh cookies, water and coffee upon arrival. They offer, Chiropractic, massage therapy, E-Stem, and therapies. I do everything they have to offer. The doctor also gives me advice on other things to do outside of my treatment there which I really like. Overall, great place.

I'm not one for chiropractors, but since I've been seeing Dr. Gallentine, I've been almost pain free. I have multiple areas of pain and much of it is gone. The staff here are awesome, friendly and very professional!

Dr. Gallentine and all the staff were wonderful. They are all so nice and so helpful and my son and I both instantly fell in love. I will refer everyone I know in need of a chiropractor to this office.

I don't hurt nearly as much if even at all after the Doctor aligns my back. The staff are also extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The atmosphere is more casual and relaxed than a typical cold and clinical medical office that some people expect, but the staff work closely together to alleviate anxiety for first time chiropractic patients like me.

I have been going to Lexington Family Chiropractic for almost 2 years now. I just go once a month to make sure my back doesn't act up. The receptionists are always friendly and smiling when I come in. Dr Gallentine always takes care of my adjustments and asks how I've been doing at every visit. I would recommend Lex Family Chiro and have to several of my friends already.

This place gave me the worst service I've ever received, very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend

Very professional and customer friendly atmosphere. This was my first experience over 59+ years that a Doctor has called me on the following day to check on my progress or reaction to the treatment given.Treatment plan seemed spot on for the symptoms I was having. Look forward to continued progress with subsequent adjustments.
