Dirty; barbells aren't cleaned or often even cleared when people are done. No one seems to consider that anyone else works out here. The staff offered no tour and it's pretty bro-tactic. The second star is for a fair-ish price. But, the "womens" workout area. Whatever that means? Is in a box with no ventilation so Covid polices aren't great. 'No mask policy. No talk of vaccinated staff.

The owner of this business is pathetic. Closing LAC in Louisville with absolutely no heads up. We all heard from a rumor going around yet you never gave anyone a notice of closing. I'm sure you'll do the same for this location within time since you closed down all 3 locations in Louisville.

We come here everyday! They have everything we need for whatever fitness level! They have swimming, classes, massage, personal training, kids area (fabulous area), and a track. I would give 5 stars, however the rug areas could be cleaner. There is hair and small pieces of trash that stay in the ground for days at a time. Also, customers don't wear masks when they aren't working out and they don't wipe machines down after use. COVID precautions are lax here. Otherwise, great gym!

Very Expensive, Stopped giving out towels, Blatantly cares more about money than anything regarding your personal health.Predatory membership fee practices with no moral standing behind their decisions besides making as much money as possible.There are gyms in Lexington that charge way less, will work with you when it comes to billing and have morality above their paycheck.DO NOT SIGN UP WITH LAC TO GET OVERCHARGED, CHECK OUT ANY OTHER GYM AVAILABLE AND YOU WILL SEE THE DIFFERENCE IN CUSTOMER CARE AND PRICING

There's literally a rude couple that plays music so loud you can hear it over your headphones. This is insane.

Excellent place to work out and offers a women's only area. Also offers swim lessons. Great value.

I've been coming here for 7 years. Great staff and community. Ignore all the old reviews about Covid. If you're one of the mask wearing triple vaccinated types I'd rather not be around your delusion anyways so please find a different gym. If you actually like to train and aren't a bitch this is the gym for you. Every amenity you could think of and the best quality equipment. Very recent renovations as well.

Best gym in town. Has literally all the equipment you could ever need. Friendly staff and super understanding. Bad reviews are from 1. People who only walk around the track and don't even know how to workout 2. People who are so scared of covid but not scared enough to go to the gym and complain when they don't feel safe... 10/10 review.

I see old comments of this gym sucking. I can see why they felt that way but I've been a member the last year and they have done massive upgrades. Best equipment I've ever gotten to use before. Good looking old as gym. Only complaint is I want to use the soccer turf fields but they closed off access. :(

Though the gym facilities are nice, however, I moved from Lexington to Oregon three months ago and tried canceled my membership but I'm still being charged three months later! I'm a disabled Veteran and on a tight fixed income, so these unnecessary charges are causing a real financial problem for me. I called and spoke to the membership manager while I was actually moving and was told I'd still have to pay that month because I was month to month and it was past the date of billing, I agreed to this and then told them canceling the membership wouldn't be a problem, he then called me and tried saying my email no longer works, so I sent it again via text but no contact via email, text, or call from them again other than he received my email, so I figured he took care of the membership cancelation on his end. This is utter bullshit as they have my primary email on file and receive all of my important emails through this account including my VA appointments and have no problem receiving any other important communications including my attorney and other bills, seems like some awfully shady business practice and are going to keep billing me till I get a lawyer involved.
