Lex-Rooter Sewer & Drain Cleaning

Lex-Rooter saved the day and were extremely professional! A sewer drain clog is certainly not a pleasant problem to have!! We were recommended to contact Lex-Rooter by our usual plumber who was overbooked for the day. We called and our call was taken promptly and she was quite friendly and helpful! We were told the staff would arrive between 11-3 and they arrived well within the time frame. They assessed the problem with our basement sewer drain and explained thoroughly to my husband what they would do and estimated the cost. They were very efficient and the whole issue was resolved within an hour. The cost was reasonable and they showed my husband the work that was completed as the clog was not that far down the pipe. We were very pleased with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend them to others and we would contact them in the future if ever needed.

Lex Rooter was highly recommended by another plumbing company who was unable to perform the work. They removed a clog that was preventing a second floor bathroom from draining properly. It was a stubborn clog, and they ran into some issues along the way. As a result, the job took them from 8:00am until 3:00pm, but they stuck with the price they had quoted me when they arrived that morning. I couldn't be happier with the results, and the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I won't hesitate to call them again.

My basement was flooded due to my commode overflowing. I called Lex-Rooter at 12AM & they had 2 guys out within an hour. (Alex/Tony, I believe were their names) These two gentlemen had everything done & their mess cleaned up within an hour & a half. I asked them if they could clean up the sewage that was already on the floor before they got there. Unfortunately, they don't offer that but did recommend Spotless to get it all cleaned up & they came the next day.Highly recommend Lex-Rooter (& Spotless too, if needed)!

Lexington, KY: The technician who was assigned to our job was not a plumber. There may not be plumbers in this business. The technician caused damage, that he was sorry that he had caused. He told us that a representative from his company would contact us as follow-up. We also called the office and was told a representative would contact us. We did not receive a follow-up from the company.

Had an unfortunate seriously clogged main drain line. Jamar and Ronnie showed up before the earliest appointment time, introduced themselves with the biggest, most wonderful smiles and immediately went to work. They included me in all parts of the process and took care of something I feared would become a major problem with ease. They also cleared my daughter's shower drain that a plumber told me would require a complete install of new pipes. Thank you to these two gentlemen. Great job!

I was taking a shower two nights ago and when I finished, I pulled back the curtain and had water all over the bathroom floor. My sewer line had become overwhelmed. I was referred to Lex-Rooter by one company that was completely booked up and they said Lex-Rooter was reliable and reasonably priced. I called and made an appointment for the next morning, for Thur March 17. Tony came over, as scheduled, and flushed out the lines all the while being knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. I am so grateful for the quick visit, great service and fantastic price. Thanks Tony and Lex-Rooter. I wish all companies in Lexington performed so well.

My washing machine was backed up and would overflow. Josh and Tony came out and fixed it! They were very professional, confident, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using Lex-Rooter!!!!

They gave me an estimate on the phone. The guy came out the same day and got everything done in about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I had to leave to get my kids but he called when he was done, I paid him over the phone, and he left an invoice on the table before he left. Smooth experience. Thanks, guys!

Had a septic issue on the Labor Day weekend. The positive was that they did come out on Sunday. I was told that due the the weekend, the cost would be double. Okay..this is understandable. When I was given the bills (two as they sent two trucks, one to clear the line and one to pump the septic), I was charged 44% more than quoted - on top of double!! Called the office and spoke to the woman who quoted me...Sorry was the best she had. Asked for a call from the owner ....no call back. Tried numerous times to talk to the office manager (Frankie). Never available and no call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
