My husband and I joined this gym when we moved to Lexington. Great and helpful staff and it's a good price for Lexington! Social distancing is good there and it is never too crowded. The owner posts workouts on the wall so all you have to do is show up!

Jeff Brown is the Man! Great trainer. He is a big Wildcat fan, and he hates Duke! The first step us getting in contact with Jeff, then let him crate a plan that works for you.

Great gym I was in town got up at 4 am got a pass and it was easy to access everything I needed was there
