Bought my car here, two years ago, the edge, New, and the salesman was not pushy and now we take our car here to get the oil change and tire rotation. They never ever try to sell me anything! One time I needed the back windshield wiper and I said I'll just do it myself and I did, and then came back for the oil change another so many miles as usual. They asked to make sure I had changed the washer and I had done that! It's nice if they check to make sure that I've taken care of what I said I would without letting it go and go and go

Brought my Ford in to get it diagnosed for transmission issues, didn't drive too bad before bringing it in but had definite issues. Was comfortable driving it around place to place. After paying $170 just for a diagnosis i got no paperwork of what the actual issue is, only got a verbal diagnosis of what it was and that it's 4 grand to replace. The paperwork he gave me only said air filters were needed to be replaced, and not what the issue was. After they gave it back it was virtually un-drivable. Think they broke it even more just to get my money. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Worst place to buy a vehicle, staff is friendly and acted as if they wanted to help, it was refreshing, but now I'm having transmission issues out of a car I just got in February of 2022 that came with a lifetime power train warranty. I called them and they told me I did not have a warranty when I do have paper work and they're doing nothing about it. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET A VEHICLE!!!!

I've been trying for over two years to get my radio fixed. It started having freeze up issues 30 miles after I purchased it. I have videoed this countless times and have been to Legacy and they have hooked a USB up to it to update. It didn't help. The backup camera comes on when driving forward, it freezes up with blue screen and black screen. Nothing works then. When I called again with more video footage and spoke to the service manager, Steve F, he was very short tempered and I even had to ask him why was he being so cross. He said that he'd not lose $1000 on replacing a radio if they couldn't reproduce the issue before them in shop, which is still under warranty. He acted as if the parts would be coming out of HIS pocket. I assured him that it was only MY POCKET that pays for this truck. HE HUNG UP ON ME!! I have great respect for the owner of this company but as far as not getting your issues addressed when your truck is under warranty is uncalled for especially when you have visual footage and not just verbal. My business is definitely going elsewhere. I hope they can correct their staff.

It's been about a year, soonest time I could leave a review, from being so mad.Got a used car certified by Ford with a 21 point check. It's not worth anything. I had concerns about the tires really worn as well as other things. But about the tires. Day after picking the car up it rained while on the interstate. The car hydroplaned below 60 mph. I called legacy ford up and again complained about the tires with what had just happend. I was told point blank. WE WILL NOT REPLACE THE TIRES! So after 2 generations of buying cars from them I will never buy again from them. They want to line there pockets with money instead of consumer safety..

We had just bought a car in another state when our transmission broke while on vacation. When driving the new car home to Ky. It stated acting up and was told by the Dealer we purchased the car from it needed a tuneup. We got the car home and took it to Legacy and they got us in right away, checked out the car, got in touch with the purchasing Dealership and help to get us an amount to help with the tuneup. They were very helpful thru this possess. I don't remember the associates name that helped us but it was a blonde lady and she was very helpful.

What a refreshing change to find a local business that is willing to go out of their way to help someone in a bind and then do great work to boot! After several poor experiences at Cumberland Ford, I took my Ford Expedition to Legacy Ford in Corbin (based on a few other stellar reviews I had read). Those reviewing Legacy were right on!! I dropped the vehicle off over the weekend and on Monday received a call from Penny Foley (service manager) detailing what they had found & exactly what it would cost to fix. They completed the work the following day, guaranteed the work in writing, and assisted me in getting my vehicle back very quickly as I was by myself and without a car. Penny even set me up with a reward card that accrues 5% of your expenditures on an account to be used at a later date on anything from service to parts at Legacy.So pleasant and professional to deal with. I will never again take my vehicle to anyone to service it other than Legacy Ford. Thank you all!
