Fast delivery service! Food was warm, fresh and tasted good. Driver was courteous and timely.

Worst Lees ever. Like ever. We waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. There were 4 cars in front of us. This makes no sense. Yes I'm frustrated, yes I'm venting, but they absolutely deserve it. We also got 3 chicken tenders and Buffalo sauce that's it. Not a complicated order at all. Once we left we realized we didn't get the sauce, ok, so we go in to grab th3 sauce packets and they was upset with us.. come on now, we did nothing wrong and I hate when people work in customer service and don't service the customer.

Barf. Felt so sick to my stomach after eating here. Greasy, and unappealing to the eye. This deserves no stars, but I couldn't post otherwise.

Ordered ahead via grub hub. Was ready when we arrived. The service is always unmatched! Chicken was tasty; more greasy than juicy, but we're talking about fried chicken. Good green beans and potato logs. Loved the chicken strips-great taste and perfectly cooked! Good prices. Not a long wait. That's not because they're not busy. It's because the staff is awesome. Keep up the great job!!

Awesome service at the drive-thru window around 2 pm today. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly!! The food was fresh and hot and the tea was fresh. Color of the chicken was golden - you could see the folks take pride in keeping shortening right. One of the best Lees we've visited! Keep up the great work! Also, the building looked updated - much curb appeal. The lot was tidy too. We would return when in Richmond!

I thought I'd try Richmond KY Lee's Famous Recipe since I live in Richmond. I usually buy Lee's in Lexington on my way home from work. They are always hot and fresh! I'm very disappointed with my purchase from this Richmond location. I went through the drive thru at 7:09 pm (it wasn't busy at all) and asked if they had the 12 pice dark meat special that Lexington offers? The order taker said yes. I asked for thighs only no drums 1/2 the order in spicy and 1/2 the order in original with 4 biscuits and please put the chicken in separate boxes. They said ok. I paid and left. I live out in the county and when I got home I opened the two boxes one had the biscuits in it and the other had two kinds of chicken the chicken was warm but you can tell it had been in the warmer for a while. The chicken pieces were wings, thighs, and drums! Not wat I ordered at all!I think from now on I'll stick to my Lexington location I was hoping Richmond would be even better but I'm sadly disappointed. I don't usually complain but today's prices on even fast food are high and I feel like I waisted my time and money.

Ordered May 9th online for delivery using their website (leesfamousrecipe.com) 30mins later the driver contacted me said they are finishing up a catering order and he would be to me shortly. 20 mins later I get an email stating the order was canceled, contact the store for more information. 3 days later, I still received no refund for that canceled order. After contacting the local store (Richmond, KY) they were unable to help....

the food was cold, way too expensive, waited forever even though we were the only car there the corn was actually frozen and not on the cobb as described

The customer service was out standing. I haven't had great service like that in a long time!! awesome job!
