An absolutely outstanding inn, with all the history and ambience of a gracious lady built in the 1700's and all the amenities and comforts of a modern 5 Star hotel! Innkeeper Ann and her team strive to make every minute of your stay a special moment - and Missy's breakfasts are simply beyond description! It's a perfect stop to enjoy Maysville and the surrounding area - and there is much to enjoy! Don't miss Augusta Distillery, Kentucky Gateway Museum with the KSB Miniatures, and Kenton, Stories with Spirit - just to name a few!

The Lee house in was an unexpected jewel on our journey through back country America. Maysville is so well preserved and felt like a walk through time. Amanda greeted us at the Inn and gave us a grand tour full with amazing views of the Ohio River. Also a great dinner recommendation at Capronis Restaurant on the river- we walked (8 min) also walked through the town after dinner - so cute and full of nostalgia from a rich past.Missy's breakfast was outstanding and she was lovely! A must if you stay here! Ann (the inn-keeper and city commissioner) gave us a very rich history of the town and the current 'goings-on" of Maysville. We greatly enjoyed our conversaction with her and would for sure recommend the Inn-I have a feeling this town will look even better in the next 5 years! The room was a converted apartment and thus very spacious- living room/kitchen/bedroom..etc everything in the room was terrific- only small thing was the shower head needs to be addressed- great hot water and pressure- but you could not adjust the head bc it was broken and the water felt like needles coming out ) We had hoped to visit a couple vintage shops in town- but sadly most were closed both Monday/Tuesday of our stay. But all in all I would absolutely recommend this jewel- and we will definitely be back!

We received the warmest welcome on a cold evening, and the bonus of the town Christmas parade! Heather called to check on us and make us aware of potential travel delays with road closures offering us alternative routes if necessary. The breakfast each morning was delicious (the cream puffs were incredible!) We felt as we were staying with friends in their home. Thank you to Ann, Hesther & Missy!

Stayed recently at the Lee House on a quick trip to Maysville and Augusta KY. I cannot express just how blown away I was by this property! If you love history and also want a luxurious place to stay, this is your spot! We were greeted so warmly by Ann, who gave us a tour and a bit of history of this magnificent building. Our suite was three very spacious rooms: a large bedroom, a kitchenette area, and a large bath. All of the rooms are furnished with gorgeously restored period antiques. The decor and furnishings are top notch - nothing but the best quality linens, towels and blankets. Guest have access to three balconies - two of which overlook the peaceful Ohio River. The other looks over a beautiful courtyard and the city of Maysville. We were so lucky to run into the owner, Paul. He gleefully gave us a tour of the entire place, even including his own suite where he stays when he is in town on renovation missions! He is painstakingly restoring the entire property, and his design choices are top quality and very tasteful. His enthusiasm for this project was contagious! I do hope the City of Maysville knows how lucky they are to have such good partners in Paul, Ann and the entire Lee House staff! We will most certainly be back - probably multiple times - to see the progress on this beautiful labor of love!

This house is such a unique place to stay. The owners are refurbishing the house with a lot of love. The suite was huge, very clean, and had every little detail you can imagine, like snacks, water, kcups, creamer, paper products, tea and honey sticks! Ann, the innkeeper, gave us the tour of the building and really cares about everything. The top balcony has a nice view of the river. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and going to a lovely evening of music and nice people in the main room. The house is just across the street from the farmers market tent and downtown shops. Highly recommended!
