Lancaster Florist does wonderful work. I call them directly from Illinois forflowers and gifts to family members in the area. They have served my family well. Always helpful and polite.

When I saw the other review I was very upset. I do not live in Lancaster anymore but still do all my business with Lancaster Florist and Gifts when I need to send someone flowers or gifts up home. I have always been treated like family (which I am not) and have always gotten exactly what I asked for. Betty did my father's flowers for his funeral and they were beautiful. I am thankful my hometown still has a locally owned business where they actually know who you are and try their hardest to give you the most beautiful arrangements or gifts for the best price possible.

BUYER WARNING!!! They will charge you way over agreed price and offer no explanation when you call to complain. I ordered flowers over the phone with Betty and she asked what I was looking to spend. I told her between $40-$50 for a bouquet and told her what I wanted. When I checked my bank statement a few days later, they charged me $69! I called to inquire and Betty was very rude and insulting when I asked her about the overage. She didn't offer any explanation or offer to refund any money and wouldn't even tell me her last name (it's Cox, I looked it up on their website). Very poor and unethical business practices and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone!!!
