I visited here for the first time today during our event Dine around Etown. I had never been in this little shop in our town square and she did not disappoint. The owner of the shop was so sweet and just wanted to talk. I really love when local stores are homey feeling so this was something I would definitely go back for. She makes jewelry by hand and each and every piece is unique so you will never see another like it out there. She uses stones native to KY, and other precious stones that she finds. The intricate detail on every piece is so beautiful I fell in love with so much there. While a lot of the pieces are out of my price range; for being hand made they are definitely worth it because everything is real. This is definitely not j st fashion jewelry these are story pieces. She was willing to show me a piece she was currently working on and we talked about how long it takes for her to make certain pieces. She also let me know that she does custom jewelry, which I think is really neat and a great place to get a special gift for that special someone, or your mom, or whoever. So, if you are downtown in Elizabethtown go check her little shop out. Even if you just want to sit and talk jewelry.
