It has been years since I have gone to a Krogers because there was not one in my previous location and the visit today did not disappoint. I found the staff to be warm and welcoming and I really appreciated having someone to not only scan my groceries but bag them and offer to help me to the car as well. I found the aisles to be handicapped accessible and they have several battery operated scooters available. I was pleasantly surprised that the prices were not only lower than several competitors but they still give fuel points with points given toward a fuel discount. Lastly the bathroom was tidy. I've been searching for an alternative to the big W and today I rediscovered my appreciation of good customer service and decent pricing. 4/5 given for a long wait at the deli. I'll be back!!!

I ran though here a few times on a recent visit and I found this store to be clean and easy to navigate. The employees were friendly and helpful. I found the attached liquor store to have a good selection of wine and liquor.

Used the click list to order and pick up groceries. They are working out minor issues with their website however the people at the store were excellent. They do not allow tipping but appreciate positive surveys. Thank you Elizabeth and Brittney.

The female employee working the sushi bar is Very rude. She acted like I was putting her out just asking for a teriyaki chicken bowl. Rude, curt, and rolled her eyes at one point for asking for sauce.

We used clicklist, checked in via the app and sat and waited for 30 minutes for our groceries. I finally called it took another 10 minutes to get to us. Employee was very kind and apologetic when we finally got our items, and gave us $10 off. Much appreciated, and boosted them a star.

This store is awful. You never know whether the food you get will be edible or not. Lemons don't last more than a week. Frozen fish is most likely bad. I've had to return chicken. Frozen broccoli, bad. You'd think the canned items would be a safe bet, but not always. The produce section has gotten better, but coming from awful, that's not saying much. I've had to return bagged, and boxed items as well for not being fresh. (granted, that's on the company, not Kroger). But it makes me wonder if the companies send their not great products to a low income communities thinking people won't complain or can't taste the difference? This Kroger is new and I thought it was going through growing pains, but they also over price their food. If this is a lower income community why are they hiking up the prices every summer? Now the store is pushing the self-checkout lines, so the real cashier lines, you know, where there are actual humans, are long and often times the store didn't schedule enough baggers, so the cashier has to bag as well or the customer needs to bag. However, the baggers usually aren't that good anyway. (there are about 1-2 good baggers). If you can, AVOID THIS STORE. I'm looking to move. The store sucks that badly.

I am Veteran and have an account with NFCU, I have never had my address printed on check because I move around frequently, all of my other information is printed on the check and my account is well established, this being said I tried making a transaction and a extremely rude lady named Karen who was wearing a red vest whatever that represents handed me the check back and said very rude, I am not taking that! I said excuse me an she was just rude no matter what I tried to say! She kept calling it a counter check, it's not a counter check! This being said wasn't the issue of the policy exactly, was more an issue of her rudeness. Kroger maybe you should explain the difference in an established account and a temporary check to your employees, especially if they are gonna be a boss, and rude, they should know what they are talking about!
