Conveniently located to my area and offers a great service to the public.The personnel were clean, neat and professional. The store was clean and tidy inside and out. I've not experienced any issues with gas purchases.Their fresh deli offerings are worthy!

Yesterday, Sunday June 11th at 9:05 pm while coming back from Johnson city, TN, I had an urgent need to stop and use the bathroom. I entered the shell on Battlefield, Kingston, Berea. In spite of the noise, a young lady brooming the floor seem to be upset because a customer came. I asked her if I could use the bathroom. She told me "I am sorry but the bathroom is closed" . I decided not to buy anything and leave. My question to the owner or general manager. Is this the kind of service you want to give to your customers? I have been a customer at this place for sometime now. This this the last time in my life I will visit this store. My advice, if you really want to keep your customers, you will have to do better than this. Your customers pay your salary, and if you hate customers, maybe this is not the correct job for you. When I left I said "thank you" but I should have said "good luck on keeping your job" , other customers will not be happy when you treat them this way.Sincerely,A lost customer
