I highly recommend Kindred of KY. I used them to help write out a child care contract once I found a nanny, but I would recommend them for any and all of their services. Very responsive & professional.

We've used Lacey to find three outstanding nannies and house managers over the years. She has always provided us with several excellent candidates, and makes the process easy. She has great templates for contracts and helps manage negotiations. We've also made occasional as-needed and babysitting requests, and she's always there with qualified and pleasant people. We cannot recommend her highly enough for families in the Bluegrass.

Beware of this nanny placement agency. If things are going well, Lacey and team are certainly a support. However, if placements turn south, you will be met with silence, accusations, and lack of ownership for placing a subpar, highly unprofessional nanny. Please understand this is a placement agency only. After 30 days, you are on your own....no matter the lip-service that they are here to support.

She does all the necessary screening and has baseline requirements the nannies must meet, taking the stress out of your hands.
