Khin's Sushi

This is the best sushi you will get for the money it is a hole in the wall restaurant carry out only. I got two spicy tuna rolls and 4 drinks 18 dollars. 36 bites/pieces of sushi if my math is correct the portions are huge for the money

Prices are awesome and food tasted great. Ambiance was odd due to the lack of seating and inventory items stored all over the customer area. They provide free drinks with every order. Takeout only!Everyone loves it, but know that it is not a typical restaurant experience.

Literally my favorite sushi place!! I've been going here since i was about 10 i'm 16 now. the sushi is AMAZING. the gentleman in the front is so kind and is constantly working. it's not the prettiest spot but it's definitely take out sushi. don't judge a book by its cover lol.

Kihns is awesome, super cheap and affordable and everything is made fresh and I have NEVER received one incorrect item. The man who I believe to be the owner is super friendly and welcoming and takes your order with precision. The best part are all the exotic drinks/sodas! I believe two drinks per roll is the rule- which is awesome. Not a place to eat inside- only take out which is fine. Don't f***ing come in there expecting for it to be fast all complaining and sh**. This is made fresh to order so BE PATIENT. They're doing their best!!!! Plus it's worth the wait. Also- pay in cash get 10% off. HELL YEAH

Delicious! The place can be hard to find as it is up in a strip mall a bit far from the highway. As you walk in it looks like a mess but don't let that scare you away. Covid has forced many people to make changes they hadn't wanted to make. The man taking orders was very friendly but he was also answering the phone so have patience for him. Best of all, if you spend a certain amount of money, you're entitled to a certain amount of soda products from the fridge. I didn't think we had ordered that much but we went back with 8 cans of soda. They technically do have dining in but it's best to take it out as many people are gathered around waiting for their food and it doesn't make for a very intimate atmosphere when you're trying to eat your food. For the most important part, the sushi was excellent! Great quality, great taste, and best of all a great price! Very no-nonsense but just delicious! You also get a 10% discount while paying with cash. Just overall a great place to grab some cheap sushi to take home in the Richmond area.

Khin's Sushi is a great value for your money. As a sushi lover, I was on the hunt for a great sushi place in Richmond. This unassuming shop in the midst of a shopping strip could be easily overlooked. From the outside, there really isn't anything appealing. Once inside, it looks like a typical Chinese take-out joint-- cheap tables/chairs, refrigerator full of sodas, tv, and not much else. The sushi menu is limited, but has many of the basic rolls you could ever want. The prices range from $7-10 per roll, with larger rolls having more pieces per roll. The Super Dragon and the California Roll are their most popular. I love that they do not use imitation crab meat, but rather the real thing. While I tend to love raw salmon and tuna in my rolls, I do not find the quality or freshness of their fish to be very appealing or tasty. So, I've been eating the cooked sushi fillings like shrimp tempura, eel, etc. I keep going back to fill my sushi cravings, as it is the best that I've found in the area. And it truly is a great value for its price, but just OKAY in the overall world of sushi!

The restaurant is very dirty. I was ordering my sushi and seen that roaches were crawling everywhere. This used to be my favorite sushi spot but I'll never be going back after what I saw.

Amazing sushi and cheap price. Khin and his wife, despite not speaking well english, have never messed up my order and are always kind. Keep in mind, this place isn't your traditional restaurant. It's takeout only, no tables but a few chairs for waiting, but I wouldn't complain as I enjoy eating at my home. Their sushi is honestly the best I have ever tasted and for the price it for certain does not disappoint. Can't wait to go again.

Khin's is delicious! The quantity and quality for the price is a crazy good value. I always try to stop by when I'm craving sushi and driving near Richmond.

Great food and service. Best Sushi in Richmond. Not a place to sit down but the quality of the food more than makes up for it.
