I have gone here twice now. I loved the shakes both times I went. I tried one of the chocolate shakes the first time and had the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake the second time. I also tried my husband's cookie dough shake. You can tell they try hard to provide healthy workout drinks that taste good. The also provide the option of having an aloe shot and a tea for free before your shake that provide additional health benefits. I was pleasantly surprised that my second purchase had a motivational message written on the cup.

My wife and I love this place. Their shakes taste incredible and there is an incredible variety of flavors. With Covid, they are working out the kinks on their pickup service so be prepared to wait a little bit. No knock on them for that as it's uncharted waters.All in all, the staff are friendly and the shakes are delicious. Always a good post workout treat or meal replacement if you're on a diet.

KBN is one of my favorite places in Lexington! When I go in I start out with a Skittles tea! That's right, skittles & it is delicious! I follow it up with a shake Peanut butter pie, brownie batter, or cookie dough will all take away your sweet tooth craving without the added carbs or calories! You can feel good about eating (drinking) a shake from KBN! You get 21 vitamins and minerals in each shake! You will leave satisfied & happy! The owner, Courtney, is beyond friendly and you can see her passion about the products (herbalife nutrition) she uses! It's an atmosphere where all people can talk over the BEST shake in town! So if you are wanting to get healthy & find delicious, healthy, sustaining meal replacement! Check them out!!

My favorite thing to do after a good workout! The employees are always friendly and there are a ton of options for teas and shakes! They also give out punch cards so after so many shakes you earn a free one

Cue store. Love that the manager/owner is on site. They ask you as soon as you walk in if you've been there before and if you haven't then they will you all about the process and products. I also like the before and after pictures posted as well as the catalog and all the extra products you can purchase to take home and to add in your shake. Will recommend and come back again.

Worst smoothie place ever! Dirty place with roaches and clutter. Were out of most of the ingredients that were listed in my smoothie. Substituted with other ingredients without even asking. Ended up in Urgent Care from a reaction. Would never go back

If you want to support a business that has zero cleanliness standards and no respect for their employees, visit KBN. The kitchen is never cleaned or sanitized, random ingredients will be thrown into your shake (allergen hazard), and the owner will take any chance to scream at employees in front of customers then proceed to cut their pay. Courtney has repeatedly hired young girls, promising base pay and tips, only to block them after giving a fraction of their deserved pay. I've never seen such an unprofessional and dishonest "business" in my life.

Absolutely terrible. The owner is extremely condescending and rude to employees but overly nice to customers. She has scammed her employees and left them without their total pay. The menu is a reck and she loosely puts in ingredients so if you have allergies watch out because no smoothie is the same nor do you know exactly what is in it. She lashes out on employees and things she's almighty. The place is filthy, she cuts corners and everything is unorganized I don't know how she has passed any regulations.

If you are looking for food poisoning this is the place to go! Not only did they give me the complete wrong order WHICH INCLUDED PEANUT BUTTER WHICH I AM ALLERGIC TO! If I could give negative stars I would, this place needs to be put out of business.

Terrible service, especially from the owner. She pretends to be overly nice to cover up the fact that she treats her employees horribly. I've seen her openly slander one of her employees in front of customers before. Additionally, it is painfully messy and unorganized behind the counter. Not to mention the stupidly complex menu. Never coming back again until that woman gets a reality check on what it actually takes run a successful business.
