It's sad that they will cut your water off over $24. Times are hard! People are struggling. But for me to get the payment covered while the technician was on site and still get my water cut off of ridiculous. Unfortunately this company is my only option. Will randomly close your account and turn your water off due to an error on their end. Will not turn it on unless you agree to pay backpack which you shouldn't have to. It's not the customers fault that the water company doesn't know how to do their job.

Horrible service, almost everyone in the MS neighborhood water bills doubled or were higher. Their employee came out and said I had a leak, which I didn't believe. I waited a few months and sure enough my water bills went back down, which means there is no leak. They have failed to offer me an explanation and the neighborhood. If there's another option I would recommend it!!!

Been living at my rental for 8 months thinking i was paying water through my rental agency. Apparently i wasn't. KAW turned my water off with no prior notification. I didn't realize there was a problem with billing until I went to do dishes. Called them immediately, and fixed the issue within minutes but now they won't turn the water on for 24 hours. Meanwhile they have cut me off from a vital resource with zero warning, which is not legal. Worst company i've ever dealt with.

nobody has read my meter for a year these bastards!!!! have been guessing my bill for year!!!!! now i have an 185.14 bill due the 10 of november!!!!! you people suck!!!! you should not be fucking able to guess a fucking bill!!! this is your job!!!! you are dead wrong!!!! i have no past bill at all!!!!! i pay my bils the first week of every month!!!!11/09/2023 follow up nothing has changed even though i was promised an adustment!!!!!

My wife and I are moving and water is already turned ON at the new house. However, they still want to charge $28 just to change my active address in their COMPUTER. On top of that, we called a week in advance and requested for the service to be transferred by the following Friday. The CSR said that the soonest they could get a meter reader out is the following Monday. You mean to tell me you're the only utility company charging us to transfer AND the only utility that simply 'cannot' get a reader out by the date we requested.You guys really suck.

I've been trying to figure out a simple question about my bill and have been on hold for over 65 minutes (was on hold for 35 then called back and still holding) when the automated system said only 23 minutes. Completely absurd. There are much more important things to do instead of wait on hold going almost 4 times as long as the estimated time.UPDATE: After being on hold for another 20 minutes, I was disconnected. So this is my third attempt at calling TODAY and now the wait time is up to 37 minutes.

WATCH OUT! This company bills every month. Then you go to move and supposedly the meter hasn't worked for 1 year (still got bill every month). They send final bill of 15 dollars,then about a week later send another bill claiming meter not working for last year and no one ever came out to read the meter in this time?????? The bill is for 220.00. Talk about scammers. They are complete scammers watch out
