Really fun place my family and I visited Dad swings and slides and places to run around and play hide and seek and just a lot of fun for sure. I will definitely be back and I suggested for you.

This park is absolutely a treasure for kids of all shapes and sizes! My daughter loved the wide variety of slides and climbing features this playground had to offer. We also are appreciative that it had no woodchips! Very sensory friendly.

The park was clean, the playground area was nice. The parks pretty loud since there a runway right next to it. The parking lot/driveway is confusing.

Great fun for younger swimmers and reasonable play area for others. Two water slides, one aqua climbing wall, lazy river, even a baby area.Hours are not convenient for parents that work and it does get too crowded.Serves snacks and DiVinci Pizza slices.

Really great Aquatic Center! It's clean, great staff- really friendly, professional and helpful- with a lot of really fun stuff to do for both kids and adults. They have a lazy river, two really big water slides, a dump bucket, a rock climbing wall and diving boards. The main pool is really big so you usually aren't squished together like sardines, especially during the weekdays. The only thing I really wish they had is an adult swim. With all the fun stuff to do, it would be nice if adults got to enjoy them for a few minutes without a horde of kids in the way.

The newly opened aquatic center in Frankfort is a great middle ground between a regular old swimming pool and a full water park like KY Kingdom. It is inexpensive at $6 for adults, $5 for teens and $4 for kids but still has plenty of keep the kids and parents entertained for several hours. The layout is well designed with shallow zero-entry pools for kids, a sprayground for the really little kids with no pool of water at all, a deep pool with diving boards and a climbing wall(!) and a lazy river with both single and double tubes available.Lots of fun little details like the lazy river having various spray and splash points along the way or the climbing wall. Over the deep end of diving area, there is a maybe 10-12 foot tall climbing wall which uses the same handholds as an indoor climbing gym but on a clear wall which slightly curves out over the water as it gets higher. So when you get to the top of the wall or just can't keep your grip, you push off and fall or leap backwards into the deep water from 8 or 10 feet up. Surprisingly its a bit of a challenge to climb well with bare wet feet. This was a hit with the teens.Very clean, plenty of lounge chairs, and importantly, plenty of lifeguards spread out around all the different pool areas. Concession area but I didn't see what food they had or the prices.Minus one star for:The big slides are not constructed yet, I would expect they will be there next season. There is one odd ledge in the center playground pool that is about a 2 foot underwater step that is hard to see, I can imagine a lot of stubbed toes or bruised shins from that.I didn't see a family changing room, only a men's and a women's. There was a father with his 4 or 5 year old daughter and he was trying to shout instructions to her for getting into her swimming suit while he was standing outside the entry way. It would be helpful to have a family changing room for those moms with sons and dads with daughters in that "not a toddler but not independent yet" age group.

Me and my friends came here and saw a huge line of people waiting. At first we didn't think anything of it and we decided that the line would move in about an hour or so, so we patiently waited until it would be our turn. Although in the distance we saw a bus full of kids pull up and there were already multiple busses there. The reasons why we are mad is because we don't understand why the pool doesn't just close to the public for the day instead of wasting peoples time, also it didn't really seem fair that all of us had to wait for atleast an hour to get into the pool just for more people to show up and instantly go in. My friends and I were waiting for an hour and it was unbearable in the heat, so we decided just to go to another pool.

This was our second visit... our first time last summer was great. They have a shallow area for little ones and 2 water slides perfect for my three year old. I didn't love that music they were playing but that was my biggest complaint at the time. We went there this lat Sunday (late, after 4) and it was absolutely awful. There were people walking around with ankle bracelets on, people shouting profanities, talking to lifeguard about their weekend rendezvous, not to mention the hair, garbage and bandaids littered everywhere- it was nasty. We will never return to this place which is a shame as it could potentially be very nice.
