JSW Farm The Chop Shop

This butcher shop is about halfway between Cameron and salyersville near West Liberty. They carry sausage, spare ribs and baby back ribs when available along with ground beef, pork loin steaks and roasts. They had bison meat on the day we went. Prices may vary but they typicallly have great prices on spare ribs and the ground beef was about 2.99 lb the day we went. THey now offer insulated bags for sale for when your cooler isn't big enough! They will be opening a shop inside the new Bluegrass Stockyards in Lexington around September 1st. I can't wait to check the new location out.

They do not pay their bills. Owe us money from 1 1/2 years ago we have tried to collect and they will not pay us. Dirty Rotten Rats !
