Review update: Picked up an online order a couple of days ago, it was ready as soon as I got there and so easy to grab it and go. I enjoy the online ordering. Tried to do online ordering today, but it was down. No big deal, so I went in and ordered the old fashioned way, and I'm glad I did. The man who took my order was so nice! Repeated my order to make sure he has it right and then struck up some convo, which was a pleasant touch. Then I moved on to the person who was dressing my sandwich. He asked me how my day was going and follow up questions. The art of conversation and customer service is usually lost on fast food places, but today Jersey Mikes knocked it out of the park. I was impressed and knew their review needed an update as soon as I walked out of there. Oh I've also learned you have to have your sandwich made Mikes Way, the olive and vinegar mix works perfectly to soften up the bread. So if you skipped them in the past for my last review. I humbly ask you to give them a shot. Everyone deserves second chances right?

We are so happy to have a new, tasty sandwich shop in La Grange. Years ago, we gave up on subway's substandard ingredients and bland taste.Mike's has a lot of great options made with meats and cheeses cut when you order. Our favorite is a giant #9 Club Supreme on Rosemary Parmesan bread. We split the sandwich and are definitely full afterwards. The staff is always friendly and fast.

I'm so glad this place opened in the area! I visited on opening week and it was hopping. Hopefully that's a good sign for many years to come! I had to wait awhile in line and then longer for my sandwich but it was worthwhile. I had the #16 chicken cheese sandwich. It was cooked perfectly and super good! I'll be back!!

Very good experience today at this Jersey Mikes. I had a small issue with my sandwich (as it was being made) and when I expressed my concern they were very quick to resolve my issue, and very professional and polite about it. They made a great sandwich for me, quickly. I love the choices here and each one is as good as the last one. I highly recommend this Jersey Mikes!

Im not a cold sandwich kind of gal, nor do I really ever eat lunch meats but, I think that's changed after today. I had the original Italian and omg, I wish I would have known about this place sooner. It was so delicious, fulfilling, and I'm honestly looking forward to my next one! I added Mayo to it and it was the perfect touch. I also want to throw in that they had my order finished within 8 minutes of ordering it on my phone. Nowadays, you say ASAP when ordering online and it's still a 15 minute wait but not there! Will definitely be returning.

I have been loving Jersey Mike's for 20+ years. This location is one of the best ones (and I've eaten at Jersey Mike's across the whole eastern US. I get the number 9 on white mikes way. I crave this sandwich. It's so delicious.
