Jack’s Sandbar & Grill

A wonderful bar and grill connected to Malibu Jacks entertainment arcade/bowling and so much more. My kids like to come for their birthday to play and eat all in one place! The food is always delicious and fresh with great pizza and wings! Large portions and it's pretty affordable compared to what we spend in the arcade! This year they went above and beyond for my son, and even included a candle in his birthday pizza! Wonderful service and friendly staff!

Food was okay, this was our first time. Not super impressed just basic bar food not bad but wouldn't go out of my way to go again. We went for Burger week I was not a fan of the burger, our pretzels where like frozen pretzels, kinda tough.

Great customer service by the bartenders, by helping us order pizza from Brooklyn pizza and getting drinks to us fast the place was a little loud but that's to be expected from a place like Malibu jacks and a bowling alley. The place had a nice vibe to it!

The Sandbar is just the bar. DO NOT RANT ABOUT (or review) THE BOWLING ALLEY ON THIS PAGE because it belongs to Malibu Jacks. The manager Casey is awesome and customer service is his #1 priority. The bartenders Leshon and Winston are pretty great, too. Drink specials are fantastic and the option to get food from the grill or Brooklyn Pizza is the icing on the cake. Great environment to piggy back off the adjacent recreation and offer adults an escape from the mayhem.

Food was really good, the drinks were even better highly recommend the mimosas service was really good the bartender was very attentive.

We decided try this place out on Burger week. The burger looked good and it was; I have no complaints on the food. However the person who took our order (you order at a counter) was rude and unprofessional. She had a lollipop in her mouth the entire time she was taking the order; she would take it in and out of her mouth which I thought was very unprofessional. She told me the total and I paid with a credit card. I ask for a receipt and was told that the printer was messed up; fine I put the amount in my phone so I could track spending. It was busy, so the wait was a little long but still no big deal. The person who took our order started bringing out food to tables with the lollipop in her mouth. She would take it and hold it right next to food and then put it back in her mouth. Very unhygienic in my opinion. She was not the person who brought my food out, so I let it go and didn't complain. When the charges hit my credit card, they were higher than the price I had been told. Upon making phone calls to the card company to see why, it seems a tip had been added. I DID NOT ADD A TIP, AND I DID NOT SIGN FOR A TIP. Someone in the restaurant added the tip to the receipt that I was unable to get. I have made several calls to the restaurant, and have been jerked around. They claim that they couldn't look back over the tickets more than 24 hours to see what the charges were. Then it was they were gonna call their boss, and have them call me back. No call back has been received and it has been a week. I am done with them. It is not the money, it is the fact that it was added without my consent, and that is illegal. I will not back and I recommend paying with cash if you go!!!
