Best gym in town. The staff are amazing and very helpful. They will drop what they're doing to make sure you know what you're doing. They will answer any fitness questions you have. They have really nice tanning beds. They also have locker rooms and showers in both bathrooms. It's an amazing place. The members are amazing, as well and it's an all around fun environment!

This is my review on Google. PS: I could simply stop by and fill out a form if I was simply in town but since I am not he refuses to consider my request at all. Also, I am not the only one that has had to deal with this issue, and looking at his response to their reviews, he's dealt with them just as he's dealt with me, UNPROFESSIONALLY and inconsiderately like we aren't paying money! WORST customer service experience and all I wanted to do was cancel my membership. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I suggest going with planet fitness or 24 hr fitness. It went from me requesting to cancel my membership to being questioned and criticized about my lack of commitment to my own health.THIS IS THE OWNER'S RESPONSE! Mrs, LiuYour membership can be very easily cancelled. You simply need to stop in and fill out a form. As was stated to you in early November. What I have come to notice, with this situation and most the other 1 star reviews we have on here, is that when the business tries to help and accommodate you or any other member, and you all do not agree with the policy or the accommodations, it's automatically the businesses fault for our policies to be what they are. So I truly apologize for you feeling the way you do. As always I hope you have a great night and I appreciate you whether you do me or not. Appreciate the review. Always looking for ways to improve.
