I have been taking my Edge over to Hutch for oil changes and tire rotations since I purchased my car in February, 2017 without any issues. Since my car informs me when I need to make an appointment, I don't keep up with the mileage of the car. I tried to make an appointment on the website, but had no luck. You have to request a particular appointment and then someone is supposed to call you to confirm, but no one ever called, so I had to place the call to them myself. When I checked my car in, the attendant confirmed I was getting an oil change. I said "yes and a tire rotation." I also asked him to check the air pressure in one of the tires that I though was over inflated. He made a note on the tag that he attached to my key. After the hour wait, my car was finished. The attendant came and started to scold me about letting my car go nearly 10, 000 miles before an oil change. I told him that I just waited until the car told me to schedule one and that I didn't know how long it had been. He said to come in every 5,000 miles and not to go over 7,500. I asked him if my car could be reprogrammed for 7,000 miles and he said that it came from Ford already programmed and it couldn't be changed. I went to pay for the service and it was cheaper than expected. I asked if they had rotated the tires and the cashier called back to the service department and they had forgot to do that!. The man who had just scolded me had to come back and get my key. It took about another 20 minutes to rotate the tires. He said he took a little off the bill for my inconvenience, but I didn't notice it from the bill. And to top it off, they didn't check the tire pressure. The fact that I was scolded really bothered me, so I looked up the maintenance schedule for my car in the owner's manual. It said that the "change oil" light comes on at nearly 10,000 miles and that when it comes on, make the appointment within 500 miles of the light coming on. So, the service man at the Ford dealer should not have scolded me. A grouchy old lady like myself doesn't mind going to Paul Miller in Lexington for my oil changes from now on. And the dealers wonder why we go to other places for sales and service. This is why.

Went online yesterday and looked at a used car, checked to see if it was available. A woman called this morning around 9:30 and told us that it was indeed available and asked if we were wanting to look at it today. Of course we said yes so she set an appointment for noon. Drove over an hour to get there only to find out that the car we had shown interest in wasn't on their lot but was on a different lot over an hour away. The salesman then says he would call over to see if it could be brought down to where we were, but no one was available because they were on lunch. So he asks if we could wait. Which we do.. we go get lunch and then call back to see if he had heard anything, to which he replied he was about to call they should be back from lunch, mind you this was an hour after we had left and went to lunch ourselves, and still nothing. He then returns our call and says that they had to replace the fuel pump and that the car wouldn't be there until tomorrow. So now not only did we waste over an hour driving there we didn't even get to see the car! So we drove over an hour to eat fazolis and drive home. Needless to say we won't be going back there and they lost a potential sale today.

Worst place in Eastern Kentucky to do business with. I wanted a vehicle that they had and they lied to me and said that there was paint chipping off of one side and they would sell me this vehicle. They tried to force a newer vehicle of the same kind on me. I have never been treated like this anywhere. Herman the salesman lied to me right to my face after saying he had been in church for 20 some odd yrs. They treated me like dirt. Please do not do business with this bunch. Go somewhere where you are treated with a little respect. They tried to make me committ verbally to buying the vehicle before they would even give me any no. figures on the vehicle that I didnt even want. I have never in my life heard of this. Please BEWARE of dealers like this. There are several care dealers out there soo soo much better than this.
