SLOW. RUDE. INCORRECT ORDERS. DEVIL WORKS THE DRIVE THRU! I was in town for work. I always try to eat at local places compared to franchise & chains such as McDs. I have this establishment 2 chances.Seeming as they are the 1 of the only small sit down restaurants & I presumed they would be very busy around lunch, I CALLED MY ORDER IN. I gave the restaurant 15 mins the first day before I went to pick up. Arrived. Waited 15 more mins to receive the food. Food was cold. Food did not taste fresh. My order was also INCORRECT. Everyone has a bad day from time to time, right?!Day 2, I called 35 mins in advance. Placed an order. Arrived & waited an additional 15 mins for food. Opened the order to once again see that the ORDER WAS INCORRECT. The older, white headed lady surely has to have Satan in her soul to act & talk to people the way she does to be the "face" & representation of the company in the drive thru & on the front line. This placed needs an exorcism! I do not recommend! I am in town for another week & will eat @McDs next door.

I don't like posting bad reviews. This review is solely based on customer service. We only had ice cream. There were seven of us. We were ignored for a good five minutes before anyone/someone finally huffed, rolled her eyes and came over to take our order. It was around 2:30 PM, there were three people working, and we were the only ones there. We all got basic ice cream. No Sundaes. It was uncomfortable to go into a place to try to treat your kids ice cream and to be made to feel you are unwelcome. I can imagine the food is exactly what you want it to be in a place like this... a really good greasy burger. If I was back in town I might give us a place another shot just to try the burger.

Brought the family and my niece this past saturday, the 18th. Driving by on our way to A.J Jolly. Decided to stop in.The food couldnt have been any better.Im pregnant and have a very picky palate.I have zero complaints about this establishment. The kids all loved their food, he loved that gravy came with his chicken, he was so surprised, as was i, i tasted it first and it was delicious.We recommend Howard's anytime youre in the area. The food and the staff will not disappoint you.

I frequent this establishment the staff is friendly and the food is good.it used to be a dairy queen.

Somehow I ended up in the mega city people call Falmouth KY. Quiet town where father time would come to retire and modern society has yet to really touch. This place is good food and if you talk to a local it also has its stories. Is it healthy? He'll no! But we all need a little bad for it to be be good. As they say in Texas, gotta die of something.

We stopped in here the last time we were in Falmouth and I am glad we did! It is nice to find a good old fashioned American burger, hot dog, fries and shakes. Howard's is a great choice if you are in town.

Way too expensive for the quality of the food and service. An older women working there was so rude to us for no reason. We went through the drive through and she yelled at us to wait Bc she had other people. Which is understandable. They were there first and we didn't even say anything to her. After waiting about 10 minutes we were about to leave Bc we could see her standing there talking to another co worker. For a single small strawberry milkshake was $4. I think next time I'll just go to McDonald's or even drive to UDF for a reasonable sized $4 shake and no attitude. I know Falmouth is a small town but this establishment used to be better.

A Falmouth institution! Good food and good ice cream!! We stop every time we are in town.

You wait an hour for food that's not even hot and to watch people who work there stand around and EAT. Ice cream is awesome, but food and service needs dire improvement.
