Housewarmings

If you're considering having them install a fireplace, know that they charge $1000 for a technician to even come out. I wish I had known that before I installed my fireplace through them, because other companies won't even bother to come out--they'll tell you to call the company you ordered it from. I feel like it is egregiously expensive and I regret my purchase.

We shopped Housewarmings recently because they are one of the local Big Green Egg dealers. They have a showroom full of amazing patio furniture and outdoor cooking supplies. If you are wanting to have the best patio/outdooor kitchen in the neighborhood Housewarmings is your place...but just know these aren't bargain discount prices. You are paying for the quality though. The sales staff who helped me were fine, no complaints though all of the BGE prices marked were outdated. They honored some while others they didn't so that was a bit annoying. If you haven't updated the advertised prices (these were over a month old) then you should honor them. The delivery team though was great. Super friendly crew and went out of their way to talk grilling tips and tricks based on their experiences.

I was particularly impressed with how friendly everyone is here. They offer outdoor cooking classes that I want to try out soon with my husband (date night!). They have grills, fire pits, furniture, TVs, tables, fireplaces, and a variety of accessories. Beautiful outdoor furnishings.

Love Housewarmings! We bought our fireplaces from Housewarmings! We did a remodel project and converted our bonus room over the garage to a big grand master bathroom! The store is lovely at the new location. We plan to come back and got some great ideas for our future back yard project! We have enjoyed both locations and hope to work with Housewarmings soon!

My husband and I recently purchased an outdoor island. We absolutely love it!Highlights: Glen was the sales representative - he was not pushy, very upfront and honest. The delivery guys were awesome. After the installment they went over in details about the island. Overall, thumps up!!!

Housewarmings sells grills, patio furniture and hearth supplies in addition to its range of fireplaces and wood burning stoves. They also have a number of home decor items, as each fireplace is on display surrounded by carvings, paintings, framed prints, rugs and furniture.They have a large outdoor deck area where their patio furniture is on display. This is a beautiful upscale store, very pleasant to browse, even if you haven't yet made a decision about a fireplace or wood stove yet.

I had been searching for replacement slings for an older, but still in great shape, set of patio chairs. Zoe immediately asked me to send her photos of the chairs and after research was able to identify the particular style. Unfortunately, the company informed her that they no longer made replacement slings. She then provided me contact information for a couple of companies that could possibly do custom restoration. She was so willing to help me work toward finding a solution to my problem. Great customer service!

Needed to replace a 20 year old grill and I chose Housewarmings. Took delivery today, a rainy day on the cool side, and the technicians Kevin Jackson, Samuel Clark and Shane Jensen cleaned , shined and tested the grill in the rain. Very appreciative of the time and professionalism of the crew.

They always have the products that I need and they display good customer service. I'd highly recommend this store for all your outdoor living and grilling needs.
