This is basically a hole in the wall restaurant. We were hungry for Chinese and passed up a lot of fast food. Not great, but not terrible either. We shared a scallop and broccoli dish and a boneless rib appetizer. Not much ambience, perhaps three or four tables so I assume they do mostly takeout. Service was very good, very attentive, portions good for a fair price

Love love LOVE this place. It has been my go-to for very solid Chinese food here in Elizabethtown. We've gotten takeout here on several occasions and we've been extremely satisfied every time. We've ordered so many different items, I don't even remember what all ones we've gotten. The portions are so generous we've been able to enjoy our meal family style where everyone has gotten to try some of everything. Even the appetizers have been great. I especially like the crab rangoons, they have uniquely distinct flavor but still taste comforting. The locale has some seating inside but I think it's mainly made for takeout. I've always placed my orders in-store and the turnover was very quick and efficient. In addition to food they sell these cute little trinkets. Overall, I truly love this place, and I will be coming back over and over! Would highly recommend!

Don't be fooled that this place is connected to a gas station! They always have my food hot and ready! We love the general tso the best! We also love that it's open til 9 and til 1030 on the wkends! Def worth going, it's much better than the buffets in town!

Hong Kong is a smallish hole in the wall in a small run down strip minimall In Elizabethtown. You could very easily overlook it but it's right next to a Sunoco minimart gas station. Directly across the street from a Domino's Pizza. All that location information out of the way, Hong Kong probably has the best American Chinese food in Elizabethtown. I am a total snobbish foodie and when I eat ethnic food I want it to be authentic and traditional; however, I recognize that in this area that no Asian restaurant could ever survive trying to serve authentic and traditional cuisine. In my opinion Hong Kong does the best job of walking the fine line of appealing to an uneducated palate yet still had enough of the traditional authentic taste that I can actually enjoy the food. One of the things I really like a lot is that Hong Kong will leave out vegetables that you either don't like or don't want in your meal. I have never run into a language barrier here and have been able to switch things up to make my order more appealing to my foodie taste. Everything I have ever ordered here I have enjoyed. Their House Special Egg Foo Young is very tasty and not something I would normally order other places in the area. So while this is not authentic ethnic Chinese cuisine, it is very good Americanized Chinese Cuisine. They also offer some other Asian type dishes but I have not really tried any of them. This is primarily a carry out or delivery place as their seating is very limited.

Food is flavorful and hot. Have yet to get anything from here that was cold or lacking flavor. They always include extra egg rolls for us. Crab Rangoon is very good. My kids love it.They make sure customers are happy, within reason. Decor is simple. Store is clean.

I could say plenty good things, but here it is simply...I ordered the Shrimp With Garlic Sauce the 1st time. I proceeded to order it the the next 4 times I ate here.It was under 8 bucks and came with fried rice and an egg roll.To my surprise the Shrimp are big, like 16/20ct and cooked perfectly. 5 or 6 of them.The sauce was rich and spicy with lots of garlic.The Egg Roll and Rice aren't memorable, but a fine accompaniment to this remarkable Shrimp With Garlic Sauce dish!

If anyone hears me, I will give this advice. You better go and buy sushi at Publex. It's just hell! They call the sticks "crab meat"!!! Seafood mixed with vegetables filled with starch jelly, similar to glue!!! Damn, I'd rather eat a patty from Burger King!
