Homewood Suites by Hilton Lexington Fayette Mall

This hotel had everything we needed. Two bedroom suites. EV charging (free, too). Convenient location.I checked in on the app and used mobile key. Never even went by the front desk. Just straight to the room, stayed and left.Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient location to shopping, Keeneland, many horse farms. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Loved the extra soaps & such near reception. Didn't have a chance to use the putting green. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good and never crowded. Nice evening reception on Wednesday's.We had a 2 queen bed suite. The kitchen came in handy as we purchased food at Walmart & Target. Appreciated having 2 luggage racks. I wish the bathroom sink area had a door, but liked that the shower and toilet were separate from the sink.Would definitely stay here again for long stays.

Staff was super friendly. The location was convenient for a Futsal tournament right by it. But I'll be honest it was a bit run down. The room we had 416 was just worn. When we showed up and went into the room the oxidizer fan was still running w the windows open and the pullout was half out. The sink faucet was loose in kitchen. One of the bedroom door handles had a toothpick stuck into where a screw should be. Breakfast was okay. Again the eggs are terrible. But I think that's every hotel since covid. Biscuits and gravy were good. Plenty of options at breakfast.

Homewood suites is usually a wonderful place to stay. But this time I really noticed some things. First was that the cleanliness of the room wasn't were it should have been, dishes dirty and missing and tables were sticky or just not dusted, the carpet even had some sticky spots lord I don't want to know what that's about. The knife in the kitchen couldn't cut butter it was so dull. I hope the next time we come our experience will be better

Our car broke down near the hotel and after three days of camping and sweating our buns off pushing our car, we needed a safe and clean place to rest for the night. What a nice hotel we found snuggled into the south side of Lexington. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful as we told them of our plight. They recognized my Hilton Honors status. We settled in to our king suite, which had a living room with pull out couch, a full kitchen and mid size fridge, a small kitchen table, and a good sized bathroom. Everything was clean and there were extra sheets and blankets and pillows for the pull out bed.We took the kids to the outdoor pool which goes from 3-5ft and is a perfect size for cooling off and played by some monkey in the middle. Towels are provided. It was a lovely evening to swim after the heat of being on the side of the highway. There's also a small putting green next to the pool.Slept very well on the comfortable king bed with soft pillows. Shower was nice and hot with awesome water pressure. Plate ware and silverware are provided for meals. We went to get the free breakfast which ran from 6-9am. Great food choices like Lucky Charms, yogurt parfaits, Belgian waffles, cheese omelettes, Canadian bacon, potato wedges, bagels, danishes, coffee, flavored cream, fruit punch, apple juice, and toast with peanut butter or jam. They provide coffee 24 hours a day. We left in a rental car to get back home and the front desk staff waved a goodbye and a good luck to us. Definitely recommend.

Stopped in on our way through town. So glad we stayed! Staff was super friendly from check in and even in the morning for breakfast. Free breakfast was one of the best we've had (we've stayed in 40 plus hotels the past 2 years)!! Fresh fruit was something places never have so I was excited!Room was super clean. Bed very comfortable. Even had a jet tub which I didn't use. Would def stay here again if we were passing through!

Nice hotel with excellent amenities. Unfortunately due to Covid the pool and breakfast area were closed, or I would have rated 5 star. Pleasant & helpful employees and they provided a breakfast to go. Will definitely stay here again

Autumn and Thomas were so welcoming and wonderful. The rooms are large and clean with a full kitchen. Target is right nearby and so are a lot of other stores and attractions. If you're ever in Lexington again will definitely stay here.

This hotel gets a solid 3 stars. There is nothing special that jumps out to mention, though it does have a gym. It has breakfast in the mornings which is pretty cool though the food is not the best at times. Overall, no complaints about the room or the staff, they were fairly nice. Good hotel for a weekend stay!

I called the hotel and was first told they did not show a King room booked. I told him I was looking right at the email. Then he changed his statement to, he saw I had been "upgraded" to double queen room. I informed him I did not want 2 queen beds, was not contacted about any "upgrades" or any issues with the room we booked, it's NOT even an upgrade and I want the room I booked on May 19th. All I got was "well sorry we don't have any King's available". NO offer to discount the room for the inconvenience, no offer to right the wrong in ANY fashion. After that B.S., I told him I wanted my money back and we would find a place to stay elsewhere.I do not recommend this place - for obvious reasons above. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
