Stopped at Home Run Burger tonight the sign says voted best burger in Louisville. Not sure I haven't tasted every burger in Louisville but these are pretty darn good. The burgers were juicy, the toppings fresh and the flavors were delicious. The onion rings and fries were delicious too. The staff was friendly and quick and the restaurant was clean.

Sunday evening, not very busy, near cinemas. But still delicious, made to order, fresh off the grill. A pepper Jack cheeseburger. One patty is plenty. And those fries!! I like to special order so I can add exactly what I want. But there are plenty of combo ideas, if u like. Very courteous staff. Laid back. My burger, fry, drink was a little over $12. Pay attention to all their special bargain days. One gives you a free shake with your meal. They used to have rolled oysters. But no more. I understand that. But grilled hot dogs and fish is also on the menu. Very good and hot food, super clean restaurant, happy staff. A nice choice!!!!

We enjoyed the burger week burger special. It was a quarter pound burger with fried egg and bacon. The burger itself was delicious. Onion rings are beer batter dipped and were good. I had the Cajun fries. They were greasy and limp- kinda like too many were in the fryer at once. And not really spicy- more like Lawrys seasoning was sprinkled on. Service was fairly quick and the restaurant was pretty clean. Overall, a dependable stop for a quick bite. I noticed they also had a veggie burger, fish, and chicken on the menu if burgers aren't your thing. I like the baseball theme, but found it odd with 3 TVs that none were playing a baseball game.

Trying something new today and keeping it local. Well cooked burger that was still juicy and not dried out, very tasty and flavorful. Went with pepper jack cheese instead of the cheddar. Melted to perfection on top of the burger. Cajun fries were a slight bit soft for me, not all but there were some. Seasoning was decent and we'll proportioned. Of course there was a few that had more than others but cajun fries are always a favorite for me wherever I go. Easy to order with the menu displayed right out in front for you to see clearly always a plus inatead of having to read off paper or stare up into the ceiling. Comfortable relaxed atmosphere and fast service. If you haven't tried this place yet I highly recommend it. You also have the option to build your own burger as well. I have to try the others they have to offer before I go that route, but I will be returning here.

One of the best burger restaurants I've been too. I 100% understand why they have so many awards. The restaurant is baseball themed, from the decor to even the ceiling fans! The customer service here is exceptional and everyone here is friendly. Food comes out very fast! Speaking of food, the burgers are to die for. I have never had a burger as good as the one there. Highly recommend if looking for a new burger establishment.

I used to love this restaurant a few years ago. but about two years ago they started automatically subtracting 7 dollars from what you paid and telling you that you still owe. my bill was 45.71 I gave 3 quarters and paid 45 on my card. my bank statement showed that homerun took 45 dollars off my account and I showed this to the cashier. despite the evidence he denied it and claimed I owed an additional 7 dollars for my meal. my total was 45.71 but in reality it was 52.71 with a hidden charge that wasn't listed. Don't trust this place or only use cash. they may still claim that you owe even with exact change.

Our food was delicious and the service was excellent!! The young man that made and served our food was friendly.

The burgers were flat out, not good. The cooking station seem to be a little bit dirty as well as the environment in the restaurant seem to be a bit dingy not a good place to take your family in Friends

I just went through drive through for supper at Okolona branch. I ordered the Home Run Classic with no cheese, large order of fries. My bill almost 15.00. When I arrived home 5 minutes later ( live very close to restaurant) fries had a few warm ones, and the rest were cold. My burger had one patty, not two. EXTREMELY disappointed. I feel ripped off. Tried to call restaurant three times no answer. Tried to call corporate office. No answer. Tried to call another location. No answer. States unable to leave messages at each phone number. For nearly fifteen dollars I could have purchased food at any other places. I won't return to this location. There were no cars in drive through, or parked at store in front. So it wasn't busy. The burger was fair at best. I would not recommend this site. Previously I had dined at Bardstown Rd site. The food, and service was excellent there. I just wasted $15.00.
