There was no water during my stay. The rating is not for the water issue, I understand things happen. The 1 STAR rating is for the hotel management's response to the situation. There was no acknowledgment of the issue. No apology. And certainly no accommodation for the inconvenience it caused. I spoke to the front desk twice and called the hotel general manager only to be sent to voicemail - which was not returned. This used to be my go to hotel in Lexington - no longer.

Clean and nice front staff. Only downside is that the dining area and bar have been closed due to Covid, so that's a bummer.But, it shares a parking lot with a good Mexican place and a few other restaurants. Man o' war is a nice area.

Wow, I am impressed. This place is definitely a must every year twice per year when I come into town. Right location, beautiful setting. Such a beautiful Hotel decor and amenities are a great. If you are always on the road this is a hotel to enjoy and relax 1 night or few days. If you are on vacation or a couple weekend getaway. This is the Place as well..!! The bedsheets are so soft. Thanks the whole staff awesome. I am happy.Special thanks to the Future Hotel Boss Travis the best hotel receptionist I have ever met. So Natural, professional and courteous. Always smiling and trying to make your stay over the top.LinGate Hospitality are the Best. Quick overnight on a road trip. Clean and Covid compliant, comfortable beds and close to everything. Staff was pleasant and compliant as well. Fresh coffee daily and a small market well stocked.

We stayed there last month and had a bed bug in our bed that bit my husband. They bug was full of my husband's blood after eating off of him. They didn't act like it was a big deal at all. We left all of our luggage there & was never reimbursed, they just conveniently closed the case. I called the manager & asked for reimbursement l, but never heard back. This bed bug was confirmed by the hotel. Neither of us sleep through the night now, worried that these bugs may have gotten on the clothes we wore Home, are in our car...& the fear carries on. We check our bed several times a night, although we have found nothing in our home. It's like living a nightmare.

Listen, the rooms are nice. But I am really disappointed in the staff at this hotel. We were in town for a concert and booked the rooms months in advance. We arrived at 1:45pm for a 3pm check in, and in MOST IHG properties the staff will look to see if a room is ready. The staff here did not even look. They stated their policy and told us to come back or call at 2:30 and they might be able to let us check in. There was no line, no one in the lobby. They were just unwilling to check. I am a good member and stay in IHg properties when I can for work travel, but honestly I'm ready to switch to Marriott or Hilton properties. All they had to do was check. We won't be back on principle.

Staff nice. Rooms clean. AC worked. Breakfast was not complimentary, it was table service. Breakfast at Holiday Inn has been hit or miss. You can no longer rely on the brand-name Holiday Inn for a base line level of amenities, service, and quality.
