The hotel is conveniently located about 20 minutes from the airport, nestled in a charming shopping area that boasts a variety of boutiques and a Starbucks right next door, perfect for grabbing a coffee to start your day. I stayed in a corner room featuring a cozy queen bed and a spacious full shower. While I appreciated the hotel's prime location, close to all my intended destinations, I was a bit disappointed with the room's lack of room-darkening shades. This oversight contributed to my lower rating of three out of five. Additionally, my room faced the busy highway, which meant that the constant flow of traffic and bright lights made it difficult for me to enjoy a restful night's sleep. I would suggest opting for a room that faces inward for a quieter experience.On a positive note, the service was commendable. I encountered a minor issue with the toilet not flushing properly, but the staff addressed it promptly, ensuring my comfort. Another thoughtful touch was the chilled water already waiting in the fridge upon my arrival, sparing me the hassle of loading my luggage with water bottles in hand. For guests with Hilton status, breakfast is available, adding another layer of convenience to the stay.

Nice hotel. Very nice staff. They had fun little perks for everyone staying during the derby like bourbon balls in the lobby, souvenir derby cups during a free happy hour in the lobby, etc. I'll stay there again next year if I get to go back!

What a pleasant stay - nice clean rooms!What made it so great - the staff! Now that is what hospitality is supposed to be like. They nailed it. From maintenance to front desk to servers to the house cleaners - they made the stay fantastic. Food was good. Location is fantastic as well...Definitely a repeat - way to go!

EDIT: Apparently everyone who visits this hotel and complains about the bed just didnt get the memo.On the side of each bed, you can change the number of softness, but some idiot decided that every maid will default the bed on 0 hardness, aka, your mattress is like a f%#king hammock. The front desk should be warning guests so I'm leaving the crappy review.The only thing that really matters in a hotel is the bed, and mine has a huge sinkhole. My lower back is killing me in the morning after waking up. Honestly I don't think anything else is really relevant. Not looking forward to two more days in this bed.

LIMITED SECURITY....IF ANYWe are currently in town for a baseball tournament. The tournament recommended and contracted our rooms through the Hilton Garden Inn. One of our group's Truck was broken into and they stole close to $4000 worth of equipment and belongings from the truck. We reached out to the hotel and were informed that there were no security cameras anywhere around the building.Their exact response when the tournament booking agent reached out to them"No ma'am .... we do not have video cameras. The signs posted in the parking lot states, "Guest Parking; Guest Assumes All Risk". I haven't been to enough Hilton Garden Inns to give a relative rating so this is based on hotels in this relative price range for similar demand locations.The shower had the hot and cold labels peeling off, or partially gone in spots. The shower wasn't alone, the bathroom was old and it felt really well worn. The elevator wasn't outmatched by the bathroom. It shuddered as it transcended space and then it screeched as the door opened. Not the hotel's fault but on occasion the elevator reeked of marijuana.The breakfast was all you could eat but not anything you could taste. I am a wretched soul who wants cayenne vinegar based hot sauce and not siracha or Tobasco. They didn't have any Frank's or Texas Petes. I wanted vegetables but only available in an omelet and always the soggy non-roasted kind. You could get halfway decent bacon, biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs from a carton, round sausage cooked rubbery, fruit, Yoplait yogurt, and some other things.The place isn't hard to find unless you use GPS or Google maps. In those cases you will be given shortcuts that are impossible to complete. Parking is never a problem.I had a view of a halogen lamppost that obviate the need for a nighlight. I couldn't ever get those awkward hotel curtains to close tight enough to keep out that light. It is my own fault for not having iron lined eyelids anyhow.Pro-tip: the refrigerator is dialed to off when you get in the room so your food will spoil and your drinks remain tepid. It may have been the last guest but the hotel should check that and put the fridge back to medium.There is a hot tub but I never got to it.The staff are very friendly, although I waited a lot but that happens to me at all hotels. Twice the computer wasn't working so I couldn't get my Hilton account to synch.

Nice place, decent prices. They have onsight bar and restaurant.Had breakfast there,was pretty good. Better than the average place, was a buffet but could also order. Food was good and fresh.Bar area for the evening was nice, small and convenient. Bar tender was very good and alternative.I will stay here again if I am in the area.Close to several nice restaurants and shopping.

Great hotel and right off the highway! Tom and Tara were great at the front desk! Rooms were nice and clean, only downfall the water pressure in shower was weak. Other than that nice place.

If you want to pay 175.00 for a room next to freeway this is your place. Tired to turn down the AC to drown out the noise but they limit to 70 degrees.Update: I checked out with agreement they would only charge me 50%. Got the email and they charged me full price for a 15 minute stay. I did call and they say they will give me my credit. We will see.
