Hi-Five Doughnuts

This small business is THE BOMB! The owners are the nicest, I can't say enough good things about the great coffee and incredible donuts. The donuts are huge! They offer staples and seasonal coffee and donuts. The perfect little small business in Douglass Loop. It's a must go!

New fall and Halloween-inspired donuts. Tried a few and enjoyed them. The staple cinnamon buns and old fashioned are still a family fave. They're always smiling and chipper in the morning, so always a pleasant stop on a leisurely weekend.

Amazing donuts. Was the highlight of my most recent trip. The donuts were super tasty and tasted very very fresh. I want to go back so bad.

I wasn't sure about giving this place 4 or 5 stars. I only had the glazed donuts so hard to give 5, but have no reason not to. The owner was very friendly, reminded me of how Bardstown road used to be in the mid-90's. The glazed donuts were good. Looked different than other glazed donuts I've had but tasted great.

I finally get to visit this place. It was on my list for two years and I have been waiting for them to open after they moved to different location. And again, I tried to find time to stop by, this time I did! The vibe inside was amazing. They have amazing looking donuts. I decided to go for build your own donuts for my flavors. The donuts were so good! I will love to come back for more!

Finally got a chance to visit the new location and though the donuts are still good, the batter must be different. I got the maple bacon and the icing/topping was fine, but the bread doesn't have the same chew and texture. I was slightly disappointed but I'll give them another try.

Massive Donuts with great flavor!Visited this place before they began their move & absolutely loved the funky variety of donuts!The service was great & gave great recommendations. The donuts themselves were massive, I got 5 for my husband and myself and we ate on them for a few days. I also once got a dozen for a work event and they were a hit among the sweets lovers.I love that their women owned too, can't wait to visit the new location when it opens up!

The best donuts in town. They are oddly heavy to the touch but fluffy you eat them. My absolute fav!

This place is absolutely amazing. We always wanted to go to Hi-Five Donuts while we lived in Louisville, but never came down until we moved to TN. Anyways. This place is absolutely amazing the donuts were great. The customer service was great. I loved every donut I bought. We will be back!

Walked down the street and bought a dozen. Cinnamon roll is an OMG experience! The chocolate icing and old fashion were the other two I tried - that is 3 of the 12 varieties I bought. The wife and mother destroyed the remaining 9!! The following Sunday my sleep was cut short by dreams of doughnuts. I walked down the street early (7 am) for another dozen but didn't get in the door... sigh... they open at 8 am on weekends rather than 7 as during the weekday. Please for my sake, sleep in so I get the bigger variety of choice--- I'll save you the trip and let you know how they are. I'm just that nice ... or not. I would like to keep this as my little doughnut shop down the street. Thank you.
