Cashiers not welcoming at all. Why even add a tip option when your staff doesn't really deliver service? When I arrived the girl didn't even say hi. I guess is time to see what 57 is all about. Coffee mid doesn't even look like the picture.

This is definitely the best Cafe that I have been to since I arrived in Louisville some weeks ago.. it is the ambience of the Cafe that I like the most,, and it is 100% conducive for folks who want to do work. In fact, when I got here at around 12 noon, there were at least four other. Ustomers doing just that! The super comfortable tables and chairs,, and nice music at a low volume are definite pluses in my book. There were three employees who were working behind the counter, so I was helped immediately. There was literally zero wait for anything! I ordered the Creamy Vanilla Cold Brew Coffee large size, and it was as if they had the recepie down pat and the cold coffee already prepared before I even got there. I also ordered a regular blueberry muffin to snack on. This place is super chill and I liked it!

I stopped in here to take a virtual meeting and this was a cozy space to work remotely. I was able to order at counter and my latte was ready in a few short minutes. Prompt service and attention to detail. Plenty of seating both inside and out. Parking could be a challenge here as the spots are tight but I was lucky enough to snag one.

I was in the area, meant to meet someone a bit later. I didn't want to drive all the way home, just to turn around and come right back. So I decided to have a sit down at a coffee shop and work on my bullet journal while I waited.I know what kind of drink I can get at a Heine Brothers' and I know it will basically taste the same as every other Heine Bros shop. Initially, I was going to go with the cheaper and wiser option of a cup of decaf. But it turns out that they stop making decaf after noon (which seems like...more people would want decaf in the afternoon and evening, but alright). So I opted for my standard go to order. A non-fat creme brulatte. Delicious. Always delicious.This location has a lot of seating, both indoor and outdoor, and a decent sized parking lot, along with the drive through. They've got everything you need from a shop. You'll get what you want and expect here.

I am such a super fan of Heine Bros! I love visiting different locations around town.I came in the afternoon on a Friday and there were a lot of people inside! It wasn't packed but there were a lot more people than I expected for it being a rainy day. I saw people of all ages. They were on computers or chatting. The space was also a lot larger than I thought. There were two different rooms to sit in as well.They were also selling merchandise: hats, cups with straws, and hydroflasks.There was no line so I walked straight to the counter and ordered a lavender latte (my favorite latte to order in Columbus, Ohio). It tasted yummy! Slightly more espresso-y than sweet and lavender-y but I still loved it! My sister got the same thing but iced. It had more of the lavender flavor than mine but still more of the espresso flavor, overall.The baristas were nice! I made conversation with one of the guys and he was super personable and friendly. The other girls were smiley as well.They've got a drive thru which is a plus!Parking is tricky. The parking lot doesn't have a ton of spots, but there are a few spots on the side of the building which we took advantage of.There's also outside seating! This would be great on a nice sunny day!

Coffee! Coffee! Coffee! My morning, mid-day, afternoon, and albeit sometimes evening thoughts. Lucky for me, the Chenoweth Heine Brothers is walking distance for me and serving the good stuff. Most recently I deviated from my usual almond milk latte with local honey (delicious for any season) and I tried Heine Brothers Beekeeper Coldbrew. Similar in ingredients to my usual but packs a strong coldbrew punch! Definitely worth the try if you're in the market for a stronger drink with some great added (local) flavor.

Wanted to try the seasonal orange cream drink but they were out of it:( Settled for the honeybee iceberg to soothe my summer allergy sore throat. Yum! Yay for honey! Love that customers may now request a paper straw for frozen beverages vs the plastic straws that are so environmentally harmful.Very s-l-o-w service between placing drive thru order and receiving correct order.

Why did they remodel this location?!?!? It was the best, most relaxing coffee shop prior to the reno and now it feels stale and generic. So sad. Customer service here has always been slow paced and helpful. My brother and I stopped in just shy of 30 mins before closing and were informed they couldn't warm our pastries because the ovens were already turned off. Employee was also talking to a teenage employee that was sweeping, like he was a dog. He yelled out something about grabbing beans so they could get this guy outta here (referring to customer ahead of us). Super disappointed as this has always been our favorite coffee shop in Louisville. Giving 2 stars because their product is good.

The Chenoweth location's drive through is so so slow. I tried the order ahead feature but it didn't save me any time and my food was cold when I picked it up. Maybe understaffed? Hikes Point location is my new go to. Much faster and friendlier.
