Heavenly Pizza

Placed an online order, went to pick it up based on my email. DD got there, they said their online order system is acting up and they just got the order and it would be 15 minutes. 45 minutes later DD got home with pizzas, 2 Goliaths and 1 Cauliflower that all were supposed to have 5 toppings, the Goliath meat barely had meat. The other Goliath had minimal amounts of the 5 toppings and the cauliflower, was just a cheese pizza. I called to explain my unhappiness, talked to Reagan and she basically told me oh well. I'm disputing these charges on my cc and will absolutely be leaving this review everywhere for everyone to see how badly this establishment is run This is unacceptable. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Btw, I live 5 minutes from this place and our pizza was cold!!!(I have pictures)

I want to start this review with stating that your online ordering system is a HUGE pain to use. Not only is it not user friendly, it requires you to spend at least $12. This makes no sense. Staff: I only had dealings with one staff member and he was very pleasant and helpful. Pizza: overall it was decent pizza. It lacks that special something to set it apart though. If I want lackluster pizza, I can get it at the chain pizza places. The thing you have going for you is that you are a locally owned restaurant and I really hope you guys keep doing great. It's encouraging to see local businesses do well.

Drove from Somerset to try out this pizza place since we live in a pizza desert, I was pleasantly surprised, I will definitely Be back.

Would have given zero stars if I could. This business has posted prices 21.99 for the deal. It is NOT correct. When I showed the prices on the website, I had to talk to four people who continually told me the "manager" raised the prices because of Covid and they couldn't give me the pizza deal because the manager said so. Over the phone the lady said the price difference was because of tax. This is also not true. This place lost my business...two pizzas, breadsticks, and a drink wasted when they could have just honored their prices they have posted. Will not return. :(

The outside makes it look creepy, but the inside is a nice surprise. It's very clean and modern. The arcade is large and up to date, I would be happy to have a kids birthday party or gathering there. The Pizza sizes on the menu have good options and a lot of people got orders quickly while we were there. The food itself was surprisingly mediocre and the buffet was rather small, which is the reason for only three stars. I would recommend if you're passing through and looking for pizza.

Ordered 3 pies and a pizza melt hoagie. Pizzas were well made, crust is a little on the thick side and bread-y. Sauce and toppings are fresh, plentiful and tasty. Sauce is not too sweet, but well seasoned. Hoagie was good with pepperoni added for a nice touch.Overall a good experience and nice folks at the counter when I picked up the order. I'll be back when in the area.

Just....no. Went in at 6:30pm and decided on the buffet since I was by myself. Of course you pay first, ask questions later. Picked through wilted and brown salad pieces for a small salad. Went up to get some pizza and everything was cold. Not lukewarm, cold. Appears warmer was off. Asked if I could just order a pizza instead, was told the salad was $6.54 (buffet price,) but they would take $2 off any pizza I ordered. Really? Pass. I was the sucker that paid up front without checking the food. I walked out and won't be back.

We stayed in London on a road trip and this pizza was a sight for sore eyes. Totally hit the spot. Good bread, good pizza and came with garlic sauce. Affordable too and quick delivery. Just what we needed!

Took the family to the buffet. Loved the hometown environment and that they had Christian music playing. Pizza and salad bar was good. I didn't have to fight the kids to eat their food and they loved the ice cream and cookies. The baby back ribs were killer and I really enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak pizza. The guy at the front desk even gave the kids some cotton candy on the way out. The wife said the mac and cheese could use a little work and I noticed that the table was a little sticky but other than that everything was good. We really enjoyed it.

Extremely overpriced for the quality of food provided. Chicken and Dumplins had a green tint to it. Coleslaw tasted as if it had sat out overnight. Meatloaf had a consistency as if it had been boiled instead of baked. Dessert pizza could be compared to chocolate pudding slathered on dollar store pizza crust. Regular pizzas were made with poor quality ingredients and there were only 4 options to choose from. Mashed potatoes were very distinctly instant potatoes, and for the price this is absurd. $81 for 4 adults and a senior and we were all very dissatisfied with the quality. It was clean inside, but that is just about the only positive
