Great people and do a great job on my pupsI think every dog is the favorite patience and her staff are top notch

Came here for years to have my dogs nails trimmed. The service was always mediocre, but cheap and close by. I moved across town but wanted to keep supporting the business, but about a month ago they turned me away because they were too busy, which was fine, but frustrating because I had driven across town. Yesterday I call and ask if I can make an appointment for today so that I can avoid the same issue. The woman tells me no, they won't let me make an appointment I need to come in as a walk in service. I explain what had happened before and the lady says it doesn't matter and she won't take an appointment. I call today around 930 to tell them I'm on my way for a drop in and she tells me she can't see me until noon. Enough is enough, I won't be returning to a place that treats its loyal customers like this, especially with such mediocre service as it is.

My doodle needed a good bath and a haircut badly. Patience was very sweet and fit him in at the last minute which I was very appreciative of. I requested a short cut all over while keeping his handsome doodle face. The only reason I'm not giving a five star rating is I like the baby powder scent that he usually has after being groomed but didn't have at this groomer.

Our B is always super duper well treated there! The whole staff is great! Patience is awesome!

Our dog loves coming here because he gets to play with other friendly dogs all day long. They are always happy to make suggestions about the type of grooming which I appreciate because our dog has hair that mats very easily.

this place is the least quality groomers I have ever been upon arrival i sat in the drive way for at least half an hour calling and finally someone came and got my dogs and dragged them out of the car! after several hours of waiting on my dogs to get finished I called twice with no answer and finally after 7 hours of waiting on a response back I got a call and my dogs were ready when I got them they were poorly groomed not the cut I asked for they smelled worse than they did when i dropped them off and they were very scared as if they never wanted to go back I do not recommend this place at all!!!!!
