Fair price, quality work. Some vacuum seals were busted but that's to be expected. Make sure to be specific about what you want. Had to request the tongue from my beef, apparently most people don't want it. Mathematically I got what I was supposed to based off hanging weight vs. packaged product.

Better off to butcher it yourself. Check out the pictures for more details. This is a picture of butters September 12th. He was taken to halseys meats in pineville , Ky the second weekend in October after being feed with the other beef until then. We taped him on this day at 1250. They weighed him in on Oct 9th (actually oct 12th because they ran behind but had him the 9th) at 1235. His hanging weight was 650. I took half of him and received 190 pounds in meat. No brisket and no ny strip steaks.....just putting the information out there for other beef farmers like me.
