BUYER BEWARE!!! We spent $1800 on supposed "scratch resistant" vinyl flooring from them about 4 weeks ago. Within the first week that it had been laid we started noticing scratches all over it. We were assured that it would be good for pets etc. when we purchased it. My husband contacted them to see what could be done about it, and pretty much there not going to do anything. The only thing there going to do is take back the few unopened boxes we have. The boy my husband talked to on the phone was very rude. If your smart you won't purchase anything from them because they could care less about the customer.

We did a floor and countertop project with them. Suppose to take 3 weeks ended up 2 plus months. Customer service was terrible. They told us they had to cut countertops three timesDue to problems. But they never told me of the problems. I had to chase them down to get answers. We waited at home for scheduled work but workers never showed several times. Due to problems we were promised a rebate. It took weeks to get. First they used the wrong address supposedly. Check came back then Fed Ex caused a problem. I finally chased down check at their office. I feel I was lied to several times. Beware if you deal with them. I never will again

This business is a great example of how NOT to do business. If they do not deliver on what they state, they WILL NOT do anything for you! They could care less on whether or not they've done their customers right or wrong! I HIGHLY recommend NOT doing business with these people. We had some cabinet doors that we ordered. We were quoted 1 week, or 2 weeks MAX. This went past the two week mark by several days even though I stressed to them that we needed them ASAP regardless of the pricing. Once a deadline hit, the cabinet doors we had ordered were no longer needed. When I went in to tell them that I needed to cancel the order due to the delay, they told me that the money I had paid them for the order was now theirs no matter if they had messed up or not. Basically "We screwed up but we don't care because we already have your money" was the exact feeling of the experience. The lady that handles the front was rude & is simply not good at what she is paid to do -- customer service. I would assume after this point that the owner is wise enough to understand that there is no one sale that can be made that is as important as their reputation, which is a simple rule of business. The sad part about it is that the return shipping for them, I offered to have that deducted from the refund which is a nice gesture that's not typical from a normal consumer. At that point it was obvious that when they still would not resolve the issue, THAT THIS BUSINESS IS NOTHING BUT MONEY HUNGRY & COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. If the owner would like to contact me, then this is still something that I'll consider making right between the both of us. I never do this & I hate to jeopardize the reputation of a business, but I just FEEL SO STRONGLY that I have been done wrong here. If you all are a good business with good business practices then you take care of your customers & make things right!
