Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant

What a gem! We were in town for a swim meet at the new aquatic center. We rolled in with 15 people! We were sat immediately and the service was absolutely exceptional! The food was solid, the pricing reasonable but again, the service was top notch!

Danville has several Mexican restaurants. This one is furthest from our house, but our favorite for dine-in fajitas! Friendly staff and great food!

Stopped by on a day trip. Service was good. Food was great. Had the baked potato fajita, it was fantastic. Will definitely stip back when in the area.

This restaurant was highly recommended by college students which, to be honest, made me a little skeptical. However, it didn't disappoint in the least! We sat on the outside patio which was lined with beautiful hanging flower baskets. The service was fast and attentive. The salsa was delicious and the chips were crisp and fresh. I had chicken fajitas which were fabulous. The refried beans were the best I've had! The portion size was awesome! Our only complaint was that we were unable to keep our leftovers cold so we didn't bring them with us. We will definitely be back!

Amazing food and the service was great! I had the street tacos and my friend had the seafood burrito. Both were delicious. If you decide to give it a try ask for Hector. He will take good care of you.

This was 2nd time at this location while visiting my son at Centre College. The proximity to Centre is great! The staff are very kind and welcoming. Just the right amount of attention. The chips were warm the salsa was well seasoned and the right amount of heat & spice. My husband had the Danville Special- he LOVES this dish! He and my son both have an affinity for this entree and speak highly of it's wonderful taste and flavors. I like variety and change up what I order. This evening I had the Pollo Loco. The grilled chicken and onions was delicious! Tons of flavor and cooked perfectly! The restaurant is clean and it does have TVs. A video game competition was on the TV which was a bit distracting as we ate. Overall we enjoy this Mexican spot and will be back!

Great chips and salsa! The food was good and served so fast, I don't even know how they had time to make it. Friendly servers. The bathrooms were clean. What more do you need?

This eatery is very laid back. At 5 pm, I expected more customers. Yet in a small town and considering location with more than 1 restaurant of the same name in town, I understand. The food came out very quickly. I ordered the chicken and steak fajitas, which were served on a piping hot skillet. After I finally got some tortillas, I was ready to dig in. After eating at numerous Mexican restaurants across the southern states, I would rate the fajitas slightly higher than the others. The rice, however, could use some flavor. Guacamole was astounding. I also ordered a beef burrito. The burrito, slathered in a tomato sauce and cheese, was alright, but the sauce was plain tomato-ey. I rate the dishes I selected a solid 7/10.As I mentioned in the previous paragraph, a wait for tortillas. The waiter seemed distracted, yet, I was his only table at the time. After I ordered received my food, he quickly ran to the back and I didn't see him again until another customer was seated in his section. I attempted to politely wave him, yet, he never looked my way. Finally, after 25-30 minutes, he returned to see how I was faring. I rate service a 5/10. Overall, I enjoyed my visit, I would eat here again. Overall experience 7/10.

Terrible experience. Waiter said my ID was invalid because I am from a different state, and am clearly 21: had to get a manager involved. Food was very low quality, even for what was expected. Waiter did not understand menu when asked and thus someone in my party ordered something that was not what they anticipated. Go to Mi Pueblo or Los Rodeos.
