Guacamole was an excellent experience. The birria tacos were bar-none the best I've ever had in my life. The meat was tender and juicy with perfected seasoning. The queso with meat was to die for and the churro truck was a nice touch. Service was excellent, vibes were the best. I would go back 100 times and drive to Louisville just for this experience

Easily the best Mexican food in the area so make sure to make a reservation! The restaurant is huge with lots of seating areas but they will be full most weekends. We got the trio of moles, fish tacos and the ceviche and every single dish was perfectly seasoned. Definitely order a side of plaintain chips for the ceviche!Where we sat was a bit loud (club style music) and not very conducive to conversation. So keep that in mind - if you're looking for an intimate restaurant this may not be it!

The place looks amazing and the food matches the vibe. Everything is super tasty and fresh. Service was great. The charred corn guacamole and ceviche appetizers were a wonderful start to the night. I had the birria tacos which were excellent.

Great place to go for special events. I went on my birthday and had a great time! Usually I frown at grass wall places, but Guacamole is an exception because everything was so good! It's nice inside, there is an outdoor space, spot for photos, and an overall vibe. There is a band trio that came around to sing songs and I loved it, very talented crew! Service was great and the manager came around to check on guests also. I ordered the Yucateco Guacamole, Burrito Al Carbon, and a Cucumber Marg. *hand clap* The steak in the burrito was a noticeable higher quality and now, no steak burrito will taste the same. Loved the Yucateco guac and my marg. It's not a lot of guac, but nice to get a taste. If there is more than one person in your group, I recommend getting more than one for the table. Overall, this place lived up to the hype for me. Great food, great service, new fave.

The atmosphere is so cute, we had a mariachi band come to the table such a fun experience. We had four in our group, one persons steak (they wanted burnt) wasn't done enough and the manager Jane immediately made good on it and then some. Our server was Rene, he was kind professional and prompt. Now to the fun part. The food. It was AMAZING. I didn't leave a crumb on my plate. I was very apprehensive being a Texas native and growing up with Tex mex I'm very picky. While you will not get the Tex Mex chips and salsa experience- All of my taste buds are leaving here happy and my belly full. And thankfully I didn't fill up before the food came. If I weren't on this trip with other people I would eat here every meal. Worth the wait!

My first visit! I came with a group of friends and we made a reservation. The lot for parking is small and there's a high likelihood you will need to park on the streets. The restaurant is bright and lively. A mariachi band was traveling tables when we walked in. We were walked to a second room with comfy tables and booths. Friendly service and fairly fast with appetizers and entrees. The guacamole was phenomenal. Loved the mix of plantains with tortilla chips. The salsa trio was okay but I wouldn't order it again. For my dinner I chose the al pastor tacos. Lovely presentation. The pork came out on a skewer with a board of toppings. It included fresh pineapple and a smoked pineapple sauce. Yum!!! I highly recommend it.This spot is on the pricey side so while I will be back, I won't be a frequent visitor.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere and he band that serenade to us. The food was amazing and worth coming back for. However I had a reservation with swinging seats and was put in a corner with a two seat table. I also ordered a strawberry margarita and we tasted absolutely no alcohol at all. But would come back for the food and environment for sure

We arrived late on a Friday after a flight and got seated right away in their swing chairs. We ordered two cocktails, which were both delicious. When we got seated, a mariachi band came around a started playing. They even played baby shark for the table next to us with children. We ordered the queso dip, carnitas, and the mole trio. The queso needed spice to give it a kick, which our waiter brought over promptly. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and cocktails. The carnitas were nicely charred on the outside. It was also a huge portion, so we took a lot home for breakfast. Nice atmosphere, delicious food, a great night out. What more could you want.

Ambiance | 10/10* extremely instagramable restaurant filled with many photo ops, vibrant colors and textures throughout the restaurant * great music that'll keep you moving in your seat* spacious and full of seating on multiple floors and outdoors (just wish there were umbrellas or a retractable shade for the sunny and hot days )* reminded me of being in Cancun or Cabo, the only thing missing was the sound of waves crashing against the beach. Service | 8/10really good service. On Cinco de Mayo it started to get really busy around 12:30pm and the quality of service was a nice balance between giving us enough time to order/eat and enjoy the place and checking in on us. Although it seemed like a long time before we got our food and they forgot to bring chicharrones out that we ordered. Nevertheless, the order was removed from our bill and our server was extremely apologetic. Food | 8.5/10* muy delicioso! The tres guacamole appetizer was fresh and tasty. With the name guacamole- you better at least get this right. They all tasted similar but had different additions on top- from seeds, corn, and pickled red onions. * the prickly pear margarita was sweet, but not too sweet and refreshing. With it being such a hot day, the frozen margarita was enjoyable and even as it melted it didn't get watered down. * by the time my birria tacos came, I was full but I mustered up the courage to eat 1.5/3 tacos. My only qualm is that while the taco shell was crispy, it became soggy from the meat inside making it difficult to grab and eat. The guajillo or consomé broth was flavorful. The meat was sort of fatty and personally I like my birria without all of the cheese so I removed it, but I would order again.
