Great Harvest Bread

Ordered a Greek salad expecting a blend of lettuce. Instead I got a spinach salad, as seen in the photo. I had already left the store, so when I called back and told them I was disappointed as the menu had advertised "a blend" the manager told me "it depends on what we have in stock that day. Some days it's more one lettuce than the other." So I guess that means if they have a ton of leftover spinach that's all you're getting. Plus the price was around $10 and that doesn't include a drink, side or anything.This happened in April and I contacted the business right after I left. The manager was not very pleasant to speak with- she offered no resolution and tried to say "that's just how it is." Essentially even though the menu promises "a mix of blended greens, romaine, etc., sometimes we have more left over than the other so some days it's more spinach than the other greens." But as you can see from the photo the salad was literally just a spinach salad with no other greens mixed in. After several minutes of back and forth they begrudgingly offered to come back and remake it but I was only in town visiting for a couple days so I didn't have time for that. The main problem though was the attitude that I received from speaking to the business. It wasn't helpful or even kind, it was irritated.

My work door dashed food from here and I was so excited to get the Saturday "as big as your face," amazing cinnamon roll... it didn't look or taste anything like a cinnamon roll, I was super disappointed and threw it away. Waste of money.

Fast casual restaurant with quick service. I ordered the 1/2 yard bird salad and 1/2 apple bacon sandwich. The sandwich was not stacked evenly meaning some bites were just bread with a little cheese. The bacon was not crisp but the apple was. The salad had huge chunks of dried fruit, dried chickpeas and lettuce. No matter how much dressing I put in it it was so dry tasting. The fruit should have been sprinkled not chunked on. Maybe I'll order something different the next time. I definitely wasn't impressed.

We drove a couple hours to visit this Great Harvest specifically. There used to be one where we live but it's been long closed. We were able to call ahead and request specific items to be held back for us which was SO appreciated! Stayed for sandwiches for lunch which were very tasty! Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

For the past few months we have started every Friday morning with Great Harvest. Eventually they added my regular order to their menu (dirty chai). Sometimes I get a pastry as well. Their blueberry scones are the bees knees.My daughter doesn't get the same beverage every week, but she does always get a BLT. Sometimes it is more greasy than necessary, but she is always happy with her choice of breakfast. They're tends to be periods of high turnover which leads to workers being low or mistakes being made. But they're always friendly and accommodating and so we give the same in return when necessary.

I haven't had a single thing on the menu here that I didn't love. While it gets really busy during peak hours, the service is always fast with minimal wait time.

Great food and great staff. The slice of bread at the end was a very nice touch. Will be back next time we are in the area

The food is fantastic and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I do prefer to go in and order to ensure order accuracy because I'm super picky and have never had an issue with in store ordering. The baked goods are PHENOMENAL and if you don't try the chicken salad at least once, you're depriving yourself. The cinnamon rolls are life changing, but they're a dessert, not a breakfast. Soooooo good!!!

This is a great place to eat. They make everything fresh there, including all their breads. The coffee is delicious. I recommend their bacon egg cheese breakfast biscuit in the morning and any soup they make along with the delicious fresh sandwiches the rest of the day. There's lots of choices of salads too. And they have delicious dessert bread and cookie options. This is a nice place to eat in or carry out. Service is excellent. Eating in the restaurant is always pleasant. It's an interesting atmosphere that's always clean. Meet your friends for lunch there. Perfect place for that. The associates there have a great attitude and will even share a laugh with you if it comes up. Don't miss this wonderful place to eat. There's two locations too.

I LOVE this place! They have the best food and give free samples of the bread to help you choose. They have really nice employees and it isn't too expensive considering the quality.
