Gondolier Italian Restaurant & Pizza

Nice little Italian restaurant. Stopped on the way home from a trip. Have a good gluten free pizza crust. 6 slices so nice size for gluten free. AND.........Gluten free dessert!!! Crustless cheesecakes!!!!Large portion!! Was delicious!!

We visited this restaurant for the first time, and had an amazing experience! Having read some very negative reviews and at least one case of alledge food posioning, we were a littl cautiuopus and hestiate. However, our experince was very different that other reivews. The service was fantastic, the food was amazing, and management goes above and beyond to insure a pleasenat dining experience. You can really tell the staff were really passionate about providing as exceptional dining experience. We started off with Calamari and the Toasted Bruschetta for Appeatizers. The home made marinara was great. We moved on to the Greek Salad, which was hevay on t he Feta Cheese but the olives were fresh and not too salty.I had the Philly Cheese Steak with sauteed peppers and mushrooms.My wife had the Penne Stombolli, the pennne noddles were cooked ust right and the homeade Rose sauces add a good flavor ot the grill chicken, I was disappointed htat they did not offer my all time favotite Carbonara. Of course we had Cannoli and some Baklava for dessert.The place does have a old world kind of feel to it, but not over done. We will be returning, it is worth making a trip to London. Could not have ask for a sweeter waitress., wish I had written her name down.

Check receipt for overcharge. Gyros were the worst I've ever had. Way overcooked. I was charged dinner menu when the waitress knew I ordered from the lunch menu.

Amazing spinach dip, wonderful service from Tammy, and a new favorite dish! The spicy chicken rigatoni, sorry I can't remember what it's called on the menu but it's delicious!

Gondolier is an absolute must stop! Everything on the menu is authentic and delicious. Service is always quick and everything cooked to perfection. Seating is arranged nicely and TVs all around for entertainment. They also have a sports bar type room in the side of the building. One of our favorite things to do is stop and get a couple pieces of their cake to take home. Beware: they're gigantic and addictive! Some of the most decedent cake you'll ever eat. Do not sleep on this little eastern Kentucky gem!

When I checked into my hotel in London,KY I checked on Yelp and found this place. The place most recommended in the area on Yelp. That's for me.My server Cheree was prompt and helpful. I ordered Chicken Scarpariello with bread sticks and salad. My entree came out quickly but no salad. I asked if I could have a dessert since no salad- the manager said ok. They had 3 chocolate desserts to choose from- I got their tall dark Chocolate cake.My entree was fabulous- everything was well cooked and seasoned. The bread sticks were perfect. I was only able to eat half of my meal so I got boxes and took the leftover and the cake to go.- The cake was heavenly. If I'm ever in the area (which is likely) I will stop here again. Thanks for wonderful experience.

I love Italian and highly recommend this restaurant! We found this place during our travels. This location was clean and themed appropriately. The employees were very friendly and personable. The food tasted fresh and delicious! Would love to try their location in Clearwater, FL.

Bread with marinara sauce was very good.I had baked spaghetti without pepperoni but added meatballs. It was very good. The only thing I would change is bell peppers in smaller pieces and I never thought I'd say this but a little less thickness on the cheese. It came with a very nice side salad. My husband had the baked spaghetti but as it came with pepperoni. It also had a side salad. Both were very good.Our server was EXCELLANT.

Nice little Italian place. Has a gluten free pizza crust and good salad options. Pizza was 6 slices- nice size for gluten free. Dessert is amazing....... Large portion!! Crustless cheese cakes!!! Really good. Nice to have a gluten free option for dessert. Service was spot on. Great wait staff.

The food was excellent. From the warm bread sticks to the veal Parmesan we loved it.
