Goldfish Swim School - Nicholasville Rd., Lexington

My girl LOVES goldfish swim school. As a new ish parent, I knew it was super important for my kiddo to get swim lessons. Pool safety is so important! I was nervous because lots of swim schools that I had previously heard of just throw kids into the water and it's almost like survival training. This is NOT the mentality at goldfish swim schools. There's a set curriculum based on your kids age and ability and the first few months to year of classes are with a parent until the child graduates from one class to the next. The instructors have all been great and we have a good time. The way water safety is introduced but also promoted to be fun is well thought out and I can tell my kiddo is learning every week. Classes are once a week and payment is prior to the beginning of the month but the best part is if you miss a class, you have a year to use a makeup token for said missed class. We really love goldfish and highly recommend it!
