What a shit hole. The shower doesn't work and the bathtub has no stop. Eh whatever go shower in the pools showers they say. We might have someone come by tonight to look at it but probably not.

The staff during the night time are very pleasant but the old lady during the day is very rude I seen how she treated other people there is no guide to the tv the bathroom is dirty the toilet doesn't work good my son was 15 swimming in the pool and they made him get out because you have to be 17 or older to swim in the pool I don't recommend this place at all

staff is friendly at first when you stay a month there and send them business. but as soon as you have a bad day. they BLOCK you at the hotel. BAD DAY is personal nothing happened at hotel went there to have a quiet evening with my 3 year old daughter and did. manager even told us her daughter was coming if we wanted to visit with her. didnt even leave the room that night. order doordash and slept. next day!!! couldnt re check in. Hummmmm nothing was said to us. bill was paid in full. minus my kiddo spilling poocorn the room was left clean. and the manager that invited us to visit downstairs is the one that block us from checking in.

The room ac wasn't cooling. Our sheets on both beds was dirty. Look like body fluids on all the sheets even the mattress pad had pee stains and hair on it. Front desk was like OH Well ! there is no housekeeping. The second set half were stained badly. Hot Tub at in Pool area had mud and leaves in it. Pool water was cloudy couldn't see the bottom of the pool . We won't stay here again ..

Old, dingy hotel. Hot tub not working, no extra lock on our room door, pealing wallpaper and meh breakfast. Ya had to go downstairs for ice because the other ice machine was broke. They used a ton of styrofoam at breakfast, which is terrible for the environment. The bed bothered my husband's back. We will never stay there again! On a positive note, the guy working the front desk was friendly.

Not a bad hotel but it's definitely dated. I was a very late check in and it didn't start off well. The room I was initially given had the radio was on and I was thinking someone was in there. I went back to the desk and the employee first called the room, no answer. Then we went to the room and she knocked. No answer. Then she attempted to open the door and found the chain locked the door from the inside. She put me in a different room, it ended up being a larger room. I saw the front end person the next day and she said no one was in the room. Housekeeping cleaned the room, locked the door, left the radio on and went out of the door leading to the pool area. Okay...Get to my room and it was barely clean. If it wasn't 2am, I would've asked them to clean the bathroom. There was pubic hairs on the toilet so someone obviously didn't clean. The carpet could've used a cleaning. I'm sure the couch could have as well.Hotel was convenient to Fort Knox and many food and grocery options. Microwave had a weird ticking sound to it but it worked. Easy to get to Louisville or Elizabeth Town if you wanted.I didn't use the pool and the jacuzzi or whatever it's called was empty and dry. Breakfast was the same the entire 2 weeks I was there: biscuits, gravy, slices of ham so thin you could see through them and scrambled eggs. But it was included in the price of the room so I can't complain too much. Only 2 washers and 2 dryers for the entire hotel but the dryer was exceptionally hot. Cost was $2 to wash and $2 to dry.

Photos look much better than it is. The pool water was cloudy, mold around the ladder of the pool, jacuzzi was out of order. We had two rooms, one the TV did not work and had mold in the tub, the other drawers on the dresser would not stay closed and the paint was peeling off the ceiling.

Very clean & kept the room well stocked. Pool & laundry facility are nice amenities. My husband is a traveler for his work & books long stays at a time. They assured me he'd have a room for the 8 weeks he'd need it, then overbooked it after 3 weeks & kicked him out.

Brought a baseball team to this hotel for a weekend and had a decent stay. The layout is awesome and got the job done. They definitely need to update the hotel as it's still stuck in the 90s. The pool is huge but the jacuzzi wasn't available. Only had one ice machine working and a lot of door card readers didn't work. Overall, gave us a good spot to spend the weekend together.
