I chose Goff rentals because they had a clear span tent and their pricing was about 10-15 percent cheaper than Bryant rental. Let me tell you you get what you pay for and I could do it all over again I would have paid the extra to not have worked with the company. Wedding are stressful enough and you want to make sure rental companies take care of their equipment. I told the person we needed a floor for the tent and that it would be on a grass field. The woman rented us a flooring knowing what we were putting it on. The team came my husband asked if he needs to remove more grass underneath to the team and the Forman said no we will be fine. I went to see the set up and I was in disbelief that anyone would send or rent this floor out. When we discussed it with him he remarked yeah well we should have cleaned the bottom up and it would lay better but that was too late before we thought if it. We called in and they were snickering on the phone to my husband. That is not the reaction I want to get. The truth is you want to work with vendors that educate you on what you are renting and direct you to the best way to have a beautiful evening not just rent you items to you to rent you items. Bryant rental came the same day and said they would have been fired if they delivered that floor- it was so beat up that even as an underlay it would not have worked. We also rented table and chairs and barrels. The white coats where marked with sweat dirt marks and dust. We had to wipe down every chair. They delivered tables with duct-tape and with nails coming out of them. I even asked the delivery guys to fix but with walked away without fixing. The clean up crews damaged our farm field and left a ton of zip-ties on the farm land for us to pick up. Which is not great for our animals. They tore up the property with the truck did not tell us they were having trouble and left without bringing it to our attention.The only reason I'm giving them a 2 star is because they tried to fix what they could. They took floor away but I received no credit back. Pay the extra money!!!! Bryant rentals we rented chairs, plates and silverware. There were perfect and the items they rented were not treated like trash. They were rustic but we're in great shape. Delivery guys were polite and the whole team over at Bryant was awesome to work with.Wedding was Aug 27, 2016

Goff tents is a great company! They helped plan my graduation party, and it was a huge success! Everyone in the company is very friendly, and very professional! I would recommend to anyone, a definite must-call company for anyone in need of tents, tables, chairs, etc. for their next event!

I want to say THANK YOU to Goff Tents for incredible service last weekend. USA Ultimate hosted the Ultimate [Frisbee] College National Championship at the Kentucky Horse Park May 20-21, 2017. We chose a different company to provide several tents, but when we needed another tent at the last minute, they wouldn't help. So I called Ian Goff and his team came through like champions! I will recommend your services and equipment to anyone who will listen!

Goff Tents was extremely wonderful to work with for our wedding on our family farm a few weeks ago. Goff was recommended from a family member who had rented a tent from Goff a few years ago.We planned our 225 person wedding from New York. Ian Goff bent over backwards to make sure all of my (neurotic bride) questions were answered impeccably and very timely. I found their prices better than anyone in town. We rented 1 large pole tent (40x80) and a small frame tent (20x20), tables, chairs, linens and heaters from Goff. The delivery and install crew was expedient and polite.During a stressful time of planning a wedding (especially the few days just before the event), working with Goff was absolutely seamless. Highly recommended! I've been singing Goff praises for weeks and will continue.

We rented tablecloths from Goff's, for our son's wedding rehearsal meal, this summer. The fabric color choices I looked at, (were like most rental places) & had actual fabric swatches in a book, with the name label right beside the color swatch. I chose a color that I would describe as being a dark peacock green (dark green with blue undertones). My husband picked them up the afternoon before our event & I didn't look at them until just before they were to be used. I was shocked to see that they'd sent tablecloths that were turquoise green- several shades lighter & no where near the color I'd chosen. Because it was clearly too late to do anything about it, we sucked it up & tried to make it work. When we spread out the tablecloths, the owner of the wedding venue, & myself, noticed huge oily looking spots on half of them. Naturally, upon returning the tablecloths back to Goff rentals, I explained both of these issues to Bob Goff, owner of the rental company. He dumped our returned tablecloths from the laundry bag, onto the floor (of course now they're dirty from where we'd used them) & asked me to show him the spots. This surprised me, due to the tablecloths obviously now being dirty & wrinked from our own use & from being crammed into the laundry bag. I felt this behavior was very unprofessional & at this point I lost complete trust with him & them. He was in a hurry to leave & told me to call back the next day & that his office assistant would help me. When I called back the next day, his assistant told me that I would be sent a check for the full refund. Totally unexpected- extremely nice of them to offer such compensation. Sadly, I never did receive a check from them- just an empty envelope in the mail. Even after calling a total of 3 times to see if they'd mailed it, or if perhaps it'd gotten lost in the mail, I never did receive anything from them. In my opinion, Goff Events & Tents are unreliable & unprofessional. They will no longer receive my business.

Goff tents and events was over 5 hours late dropping off tables and chairs for my 150 person wedding. If the event we had scheduled months in advance was on Friday (the night of the rehearsal) we would have been sitting on the ground. When Goff's did show up they had their employees set the chairs at our ceremony site, but they were anything less than happy about it. They did not set up tables and chairs at the reception and instead took my father in law away from the rehearsal to help them drop the rented items off. Because I (the bride) could not be there to check- they forgot to give us 2 of the tables we rented. One of which was the cake table- which changed the entire night because we didn't have a table we could use outdoors. Our cake cutting had to be moved inside (where a table was) and half of my wedding guests missed it. My now husband worked so hard on Friday night (till 1 a.m.) to set things up and practically had to beg friends who helped us out of the kindness of their hearts to pull things together. If they had come at 12-1 pm on Friday all the tables and chairs would have been set before my rehearsal giving us time to decorate. Instead we were up till 1 am and my husband over exerted himself so much so that he became dehydrated and got kidney stones on our honeymoon. His urologist and his ER visit confirmed dehydration from working too hard over a 72 hour period. Completely distraught over what happened I called after our honeymoon and still have not received anything back from them in the way of compensation. Have spoken several times and now they won't call me or my husband back. Do not book with this company unless you have event insurance because you can't rely on them to provide what you pay for. I paid over $1000 for this type of service and it almost ruined my event.
