I wasn't impressed by their buffet that one time but I love the service I get when I order for delivery. Pizza is just how I like it. If I were to base my quest for a decent pizza based on current reviews I would have missed out. It's worth a shot, I love it and it's my go-to.

If you're going to do the buffet, I would suggest going before 7pm. Frankly, if it weren't for the salad bar I would've given it one star. The pasta was not al dente but mushy. They stopped serving any bread given the time that I came in close to 8pm. Were it not for the fact that I hadn't eaten anything today I would've walked away, it was close to where I'm staying so that's on me. That said I'm not going back for another try and that's what I get for not making my own pasta.

I just can't recommend this place, based on my experience at the buffet. I can not speak for take out pizza but I recommend skipping the buffet. We came in for dinner on a weekday because we had gotten a coupon in the mail and pizza sounded good. When we got there, the salad bar was seriously lacking lettuce and even when fresh was brought out it was not exactly fresh. The toppings also looked like they'd been sitting out for a long time. As for the pizza, it was very average. About what you would expect at a buffet. They did bring out several fresh pizzas while we were there, but they were all pretty much some variety of pepperoni or plain cheese.

We usually stick to Giovanni's when we're craving pizza. BUT let me tell you....last night their customer service was HORRIBLE! It was about 9:30 when I called. I just gotten off of work and wanted something quick so I didn't have to go home to cook. I call and press 2 to call in an order. WHOEVER was working last night just answered the phone, said "we're closed", & slammed the phone. Really?! I would have totally understood had you said it in a nicer way. I would have apologized for calling. But why answer the phone if you're closed? I've worked in the restaurant industry for awhile now. And when we're closed and someone calls we usually have a voicemail or I would answer and apologize to the customer and ask them to visit us the next day. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! I'm never giving this place my money. And when people ask me to recommend them to a good pizza place, I would recommend them to never visit your establishment.

First time ordering the buffet and it was pretty bad. This was the driest pizza I think I've ever eaten. Very little, if any sauce on any of it, and like wise with cheese. The pasta was forgettable, pretty generic. Only good thing they had was their garlic knot bread. Had already stopped ordering delivery since the pizza they provide for their family meal was going downhill and just seemed bland. Gave them another chance with the buffet, thinking maybe in-house would be better. Absolutely not. Unsure how this place is still doing business.

A 90 minute wait for pizza take-out? On a Thursday night? For the Super Bowl, 90 minutes is understandable. But no one else in the area was having that issue today. Also, since your store manager was a rude ass-hat to us on our previous visit, I think we're done with this place. Bye bye.

When we came to eat the buffet the pizza looked like it was sitting there for awhile. Very stale bread and the cinnamon sticks were burnt on the bottom. They had all pizza but cheese and It took us 4 times to get them to bring one out. My boyfriend and I also waited over an hour to get a bbq pizza they said they were bringing out. The guy who bussed tables put his bucket on our table that we were eating on like we weren't even there. So I do not recommend this business if you want good pizza. Papa Johns for the win.
