Ginza Japanese Cuisine

Fresh sushi in a private room! Not sure how we got the private room, but maybe you will get one if you have enough people. Outside is loud because of the teppanyaki setting; food being cooked on a steel plate forming the center of the dining table. We ordered many different maki (rolls) and a Sashimi Combo. The fish was fresh and presented beautifully. Each presentation had its own special set up and was lit with a small light. The service was lightning fast as we had a switch, in the private room, to call for service. Of course the waitress did a fantastic job and spent time taking with our table even when busy. Highly recommended for quality sashimi, sushi, and service in Kentucky!

My wife's favorite place!!! We started with the traditional sunkissed roll (yummy). My wife picked the fried rice with yum yum sauce. My daughter went with the hibachi steak and I followed suit and got the same thing. They are not Military friendly but still best Japanese place around!!!

This place is awesome!! Super good rolls and beautiful presentation. The ambience is cool and they have cute fish to watch swim around! Also the service is quick and precise. The gentleman was super nice

We ordered the sushi for two. The presentation was beautiful and the sushi was fresh and delicious. The employees were friendly, which made for an excellent lunch.

We had a party of 14 so we made a reservation. We had hibachi dinners and our chef was very funny and engaging. The phoenix roll was the star of the night.

Seated quickly. Good food. Decent prices. Everything you want in a hibachi style place.

This place has been our go to in Frankfort at least once a month for the past 5 or 6 years. The hibachi menu is fairly standard, and the kids always love the show. The sushi is what keeps the adults coming back. We've yet to order anything off of the sushi menu we haven't liked. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant and the service is far above average. I can't imagine us not going there.. Highly recommend checking it out.

When in Frankfort and the craving for hibachi strikes Ginza is the place to be. Excellent sushi selection, lots of menu options and great entertainment by the chefs at the grill. My friend and I enjoyed much needed girl time over the weekend and Ginza did not disappoint for lunch.

We just wanted a couple of sushi rolls for take-out and ended up dining in for happy hour. Great prices and it was a pretty nice dining experience as well. Service was fast and the sushi is good!

Their new Phoenix Roll, yellowtail sashimi, and Sushi Regular. The presentation is always very, very elegant, the service is without equal, the chefs are so very friendly, and the ambience is very warm and friendly. Nothing like this place. In the country. No, seriously, I travel extensively and Ginza in Frankfort, KY would be the sushi place I would choose; hands down. Love these folks!!
