Geddes Pools

Had a great experience with DJ. His crew was experienced and professional. Delays from supply chain issues were communicated and understood. I am thrilled with the outcome.

I am not impressed with this company. They have been working on my apartment complex's pool going on the 3rd week. They are very slow and aren't consistently working every day. We've had rain so I get that but this week has been beautiful and just started working on Wednesday. It also doesn't appear that there is any supervision.If it were my pool I would be furious.

I recently hired Geddes to replaster my pool. Other than taking awhile to complete everything went very well. The first thing I learned is that spring work on your pool will take longer because of all the contractors involved. I didn't understand this or the delays at the time but it makes sense. Other than the delay in finishing Geddes did an excellent job of following through. Note: if you need this kind of work done schedule it in the fall! I would recommend Geddes, Al, Mike & all for your pool needs!!

We were interested in getting a pool through Geddes and D.J. wanted us to get a property survey then stated that he would come out and personally check our property but never did and gave the excuse that he has been busy. It doesn't appear that they want your business for a $70,000-$80,000 pool that is well overpriced to begin with anyway. We instead have chosen Aurora pools and spas that are significantly cheaper and also more willing to help you with your pool and or spa needs.

I spoke to DJ and sent him professional architect plans for a pool and deck. He told me to give him a couple days to review and he would get back to me on pricing. He would not return calls or emails for close to 4 weeks. Finally my architect met with him on another project and mentioned I was frustrated and he emailed and said he has been busy. Would never give them another opportunity.

Over priced and arrogant. Plenty of better places in town. All I can tell you is that there are better places to spend your money. Don't spend you money with a company that doesn't value you.

Had pool service with them, pool needed some work and wanted to add a waterfall, was assured of everything being in the works was told all could be done in a matter of few weeks and still was not done by the next season.Changed my service to another provider. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
